Pulling up his trousers in a moody reaction, he gets down to business.
"Now Goldhands...either one of ya...tell me straight what ye value this Woodland Ring, as ye yerself say that items traded be worth more than coin itself. Cause I ainna gonna let no tainted blood horn head be outbidding me so easy.
Aye, yes...me flatly agree to the 300,000 coin value fer the dextrous ring. Now let's work out the best trade fer your kama here."
The tiefling narrows his eyes at the dwarf's remarks, sighs, then says, "I bid one and a half million on the kama."
////1,500,000 on the vampiric Kama +3. I am assuming this is more than the value of the other bid. If not, please say how much you are valuing the ring of woodland power so I can counter-offer.

He would nod
"Agreed."

Sveta returns to the stall after talking to her immediate party.
"Hail, would 700 trade bars suffice for the suit of mithral fullplate you have to offer?"

I'll raise te one-and-a-half-million coin plus me Woodland Power ring..."
With this response, One-Eye seems to get a tad excited over the proceedings, and in reaction, brings out a ale-flask from some pocket somewhere, finds a pole to lean against and proceeds to drink from it, all the time eying his new-found evil tiefling bidding nemesis, with a light scorn.

"385 000 gold," is the simple counter to Annaliza's bid.

Bystanders begin to edge away from the pair, alternatively eyeing the raving dwarf and silent tiefling. Mothers herd their children back toward the crowd and the guardsmen rest their hands on their weapons as they watch for the tiefling's response.
"Master dwarf," says the tiefling to the one-eye,, "You might wish to save your ale in case you need it for barter, although judging by the smell it will not be valued highly." With a toothy grin he turns to the auctioneer and states, "One million, eight hundred and fifty thousand gold on the kama, and might I suggest you cover it so that this raving dwarf doesn't cover it with spittle."

"Bah! Be I a master, then...I command ye to quit yer bidding and go find some temple to pray in fer yer damned demon soul to be saved!" the one-eyed dwarf responds. "Dunna be messin' wif a dwarves's brew ye horned bastard child...if ye nay drink the ale, then what be the reason for havin' the ale?!"
One-Eye puts back the rest of the drink, wipes his mouth with the back of his wrist, then gets back into the business.
"I'll match this tainted blood here's offer in coin value, plus what me Woodland Ring be worth to ye, you gold-hands-havin'-Goldhands Clan."
One-Eye burps...emphasizing his position.

The tiefling covers his nose with his forearm and says to the one eye, " by the gods, dwarf, is that smell your ale or your beard? Either way it is unspeakable." He Exhale on ltturns to the auctioneer and says "two million, one hundred and fifty thousand."

"Bah!" exclaims One-Eye. He then turns his face toward the teifling: "Baaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!" he slowly says accompanied by a breathy with-a-hint-of-ale exhale in the same direction.
"Be needin' this farmer's tool te harvest me some better barley...dit ale be a bit light on the smell...dunna ya think yeself?!?" He rhetorically asks the teifling.
The one-eyed dwarf blinks, then looks at the Goldhands.
"Fine then. I'll be matchin' this demon's bid, with a cherry of a Woodland Power ring on top. Now scoot ye bristle-haired devil's kin..."

When the one eye's breath just his nose, the Tiefling blanches, gags, then throws up a little in his mouth. He clenches his jaw then swallows the bile down before turning to the auctioneer and saying, "two and a half million."

"Bah! Overpriced junk! The hyperactive woman in a purple shirt mumbles as she hears what the crazy people are willing to pay for a silly treehugger's tool.
"I will buy that belt for 2 bags." She says eventually and points at a belt.
She takes a few steps, about to leave, but then suddenly turns around again.
"Ah! Noela is my name, could be useful for you to know, after all."

"Bah!" exclaims One-Eye. "Me tired of hearin' meself say it, but bah!"
The dwarf grumbles something about the cost of transportation for bringing such wealth from one location into the Goldhand's hands...wagons, guards...or a whole Guild of mages "fer teleportin'."
"Gonna match pokey head's latest offer, kin." He proposes to the Goldhands. "That be two and half fricken' million coins worth of coinage with a Woodland Power ring sittin' pretty on top."
Ol' One-Eye pauses but looks pensive and ready to make a different move...another effective action to stall the air, infuse it with anticipation.
"And another thing...Goldhands, I'll be placin' this finest of cloth to me total offer of trade."
The grumpy, smelly yet oddly still socially skillful dwarf opens a large pouch on his belt, from which a wrapped cloth is pulled out and presented to the Goldhands to appraise.
And then he winks, with his one good eye.

There is a momentary frown on the sorceress' face,
" I shall bid 400 000 gold then, master dwarves."
