Loud bangs and flashes of light were to be heard and seen near the water at Ulgoth. Upon investigating the scene, people would find the 'local tinkerer' experimenting with fireworks.

Her frantic research for the right combinations resembled a bit of a personal crusade for perfection, with bright soaring purple, golden, silvery and multicolored flares painting the black sky as a result...

Mist parted along the river as the morning sun rose upon Ulgoth's Beard, fishermen where already about catching fish leaping for the early flies. Though the days start was not of the norm, for a patrol of Flaming Fist heavy horse pushed down the local road. Ahead of this column in his trophy covered war plate, was famed Orc Hunter, Captain Norton. He was a no nonsense man when it came to Orcs, no quarter given and a fantasist to finding these creatures. What drove his zeal towards purging civilized lands of what he deemed "Infestation" is unknown, nor is it spoken of. Captain Norton exists for one purpose, to find and kill Orcs.

The appearance of the Flaming Fist banners reassure some of the locals, that once again the many villages and hamlets along the length of the great river are dutifully protected.

((It is stated that Ulgoth's Beard is a Ducal holding and as such Full Blood Orcs are KoS along with Drow in this area, further entering these lands is godmodding of the local folk and guards and shall not be done with out express oversight/permission of a Dungeon Master. Thank you all ahead of time for your understanding.))

Along the river towards Ulgoth's Beard many trees and even a few of the larger rocks show deep claw marks of some great beast.
What ever sort of beast it was it left no tracks besides the claw marks.

Under moonlight a ship arrives to port, dropping a crew off at Ulgoth's Beard. Rumors vary concerning the crew, between pink-cloaked magi to peach-haired captains, one thing is certain - the new arrivals were in good spirits.

As the dawn broke over the horizon on the 21st of Eleasis, Herran Hymn and Freya Evans joined hands near an altar on the hill of Ulgoth's Beard in order to be wed in a glorious ceremony.

Eldarian Al'maire stood as the Officiant and Witness to the wedding. His words rang loud and clear over those gathered as he blessed the couple with Hope for their future and Warmth for the two paths that had been merged into one to create a new beginning.

Eldarian Al'maire: "Let us begin in the name of Lathander, the Commander of Creativity, our Radiant Lord of the Morn who is the touch of bright sunshine and the pure glow of fire upon our hearts. We invite the goodness and peace of Liira, Our Lady of Joy to preside over the peaceful celebration we undertake, and invoke the laughter of Lurue the Unicorn in our congregation as well.

We are gathered here in Ulgoth's Beard - the site of the first sparks of their love - to join Freya and Herran under the smile of the gods as husband and wife. Knowing this - their intention to be united in love as one being - let us all then kindle our hearts to gladness with them and for them, in the lasting Hope that the flame of their conjoined hearts will linger on for years to come. In the Hope that the blessings of fertility and family will grace their hearth, that goodness shall follow them for all the rest of their days, and that these things might live on in the legacy of their children.

We know that when the sun goes down it will rise anew in the rebirth of another day, so I encourage you now to let Lathander awaken Hope within you as you turn yourself to face the dawn in its splendor on each and every morn that is granted in your life together. Its rising is a gift, painted in vivid color and radiance for all to see, so let Joy never be far from you.

I offer encouragement that you might never cease to share that Joy with others in your vocations of storyteller and artist; nor cease to give one another warmth as spouses in a way that reflects in shining example to those around you. As husband and wife, Herran and Freya are charged and committed to support one another. Freya Evans: "I will of course....by the Goddesses."

Freya Evans: "I saw the joy in your eyes, couldn't resist your charms. Love and pleasure and no lies, to you I reached out my arms. I thought I couldn't love again. But yours became my heart and soul. It seems you broke some kind of bane, with your love and trust I feel whole. Some may demand and ask from you, never for your wish they'd care. Even so, if no one asks for you. I will listen, be right there. Make impossible dreams come true, and protect them from selfishness. Hopes fulfilled you won't be blue, there will be only happiness. Ebon Blade Daily - Recruitment Runs

Having returned from their first run, the Riders took few days to rest their steeds and tend to them. In that time some preparations were made.

This eve, shortly after sunset, the Horsemen could have been seen riding out again. Orders take them far and wide along the Coast. In each of the designated stops, they make sure to nail and secure posters to the local notice boards, inside taverns, and on the road signs.

The Riders tell anyone who asks that The Ebon Blade Mercenary Company is recruiting again.

There is word about town that the tavern and inn known as The Last Anchor is now under new ownership.

This recent change of hands seems to be rather sudden as Aidan Thatcher, the most recent owner, is rumored to have signed over the establishment to his very recently adopted daughter and her newlywed husband.

The new owners recently arrived to tour the facility and were rather merry and cheerful. They have been identified as:

Lannia Tannen, now Lannia Ranloss, a spirit shaman of some considerable power as well as a highly skilled archer and her husband, Derik Ranloss, who is the Deputy Headmaster of the Bladestone Foundation and is known to be a swordsman of repute.

There doesn't seem to be any plan to change any of the significant operations of the Last Anchor and guests are still welcome and encouraged there without any interruption or pauses in business as usual.

A woman with wild Auburn hair is seen posting flyers where ever it is permitted. If stopped and asked she is pleasant and warm in explaining it is a night for women to be women and enjoy the company of other women without competition. Men are invited as well to join the crew of servants to make these women feel comfortable and supported. Inevitably a flyer or two will get away from her rushed hands to be collected by those asking details.

It might be a charity event, they say. But food and dance and a good time seems promising as well.

Two women are seen handing flyers out. One wears a red attire and has coppery red hair. The other wears goldy white clothes and has blonde hait with silver-white highlights. The red fox and the white fox one could say if they know them.

Smiling friendly they invite people to a special event.

Maps would be also handed out to make it easier for folks willing to attend. They would make it easier to find the location, which is marked with a little sun symbol.

Soon the Harvest festival comes, around two days left.
