Nice changes, thank you.

Glad you're looking at the myconids. The low level area has been remarked on a lot so about time it does get more balanced.

If a beholder boss is added, should be in the Upperdark perhaps. But likewise, I'd prefer seeing something that wasn't an absolute 'nope'. Some bosses for UD like the surface has, that are on the level of the yuan-ti queen and the frost king might be nice.

I would have thought the most natural place for a beholder boss was the Gauth Grottoes...

Or at least Gauth. But none are around. I guess the name is misleading.

I think Gauth are not ingame due to their ability to eat the magic off of one's items, rather than just one's wards. The other reason I think is that Beholders don't even have a cre file to my knowledge(I worked on trying to make a multiplayer-friendly gauth and hit many roadblocks)... Then there is the third reason in that one of it's attacks is a spell that does not exist on the server -> Repulsion.

Isn't there a Gauth at the end of the gnoll caves?

It's a beholder.

Well, yes, it is a beholder but it is a small one. And gauth are called lesser beholder as well, which might be the case here.

What? Where is it's mother, cuz it's teeny- tiny! I feel kind of bad having all my characters kill such a young evil monster all these years...
