Ah it is called Weapon Mastery Unarmed, not Weapon Mastery Blunt. Missed that.

You only get Spring Attack. You do not also get Mobility.

I didn't account for Dervish not needing Mobility in the final build I linked. Weapon Specialization is however required for Melee Weapon Mastery on BG. I have updated it to reflect this.
I've also updated it to take Steadfast Determination instead of Indomitable Soul, since that is much stronger overall.
Below is the post I made with the build, updated with the new stats following the build changes.

IMA (wand), Tortoise Shell (elixir), and Shield (potion/wand) adds another +11 AC total for 55.
No Uncanny Dodge, however, means that you are sometimes Flat-footed.
Race can be changed, but will lose at least 1 AC and 1 All Saves (Luck of Heroes), and a choice must be made drop one of Heal/Taunt.
Alternate version replaces Sembian Fencing with Athktatlan Triparite for 45 AC, 42 AB, 49 avg dmg, while gaining an additional attack for 3 total.
Northlander Hewing will do nothing for this build, since it doesn't lack damage, but would only lose more defenses.

Also Melee Weapon Mastery (Slashing) requires Weapon Specialization on BG.

Right. Forgot about that one. In that case the Epic Weapon Focus gets swapped for Weapon Specialization. Build and above description has been updated to reflect this.

Maybe better swap Great strength with it. I made it to lvl23 and until I got Epic weapon focus it was disaster to hit.
If leveling realligned can probably make it out without Able learner: 2 Fighter like lvls, Dervish, 2 Fighter, Dervish .. etc
Also maybe to go with Divine Champion for 2 extra feats.
Also last update gave Earth genasi not ugly faces - so it's an option.
Is there a way to change a face without relvling?
