After a few moments to consider the offer made, Adrian nods, and offers a soft smile. "That s-sounds good to me." After which he exchanges the requested axe for the offered price.

A gnome pushes through the crowd to get a better look at the flail on display. "Oh she is a pretty one. How much ya asking for her? I can toss 18Bags at her now. If it's more, ya might have to wait for a few big jobs to go through.", He continues to stare at it, entranced by the quality and visions of the enemy that will be felled. "I want it. Don't go sellin' it ya hear? I'll give my horse and my left leg for this thing", he pleads with the merchant.

"I assume y-you are speaking of the D-Dragon's Kiss?" Adrian replies to the enthusiastic gnome. A light friendly chuckle accompanying his question. "No need to g-give your horse or either leg. Twenty t-thousand gold and it is y-yours. I will h-hold it in reserve until you h-have the coin." He then adds a notice next to the listing, marking the Dragon's Kiss flail as reserved.

"You are too kind", the gnome does a little dance of excitement. "The name is Babbage, Fodoric Babbage. Most just call me Babbage though. I should have that extra two bags in no time!". The gnome waltzes off into the crowd, his voice still can be heard as he pushes through the busy street, "...Coming Through! ...Gnome on the move here!...Watch your step big fella!".

He returns a day later with a grin that seemingly splits his face in two. "Got it!", he exclaims as he sets a large satchel of coin in front of the trader.

His voice is muffled and has an accent hinting at being from a distant land or having origins in it. "This dagger. I am interest. How much?", he says in broken common. The outlandish man points at the greater sacrificial dagger and put up his bag of collected coin, "Worth this much as I have no more?", he shows the merchant the bag of coin. After some weighing, it values in at 28,000 coin.
