Re: The Order of the Radiant Heart RP
A rather curious and determined Fire Genasi waddles her purple robed self into the Temple of Torm early one morning. She offers the active priest on duty her usual kindhearted smile and approaches him calmly.
"I apologize to keep you from your duty, but may I ask for your assistance?" She continues to keep her smile drawn on her face.
"Why of course, what may I do for you this morn?" The priest replies in kind.
"I was wondering if you could leave a note for Sir Aethor Siger for me, I would have one prepared for you but I cannot write one myself." She bobs her head as she finishes her statement quite sadly.
"Ahh, I see, my child, I can do that for you." He fetches a small piece of parchment and his quill for the scribing. "What would you like it to say, and from whom will this be?" He returns the smile that the fiery haired woman has had on.
"Could you please ask him if he would be willing to meet with 'Nari' sometime soon to help with a letter to Sir Jonas about the Radiant Heart? That would be very much appreciated, heh." Her smile becomes a tad more sheepish.
The priest nods his head as he scribbles out the note. "And there we go. One note to a Sir Aethor Siger. I shall give this to him as soon as he comes in."
"Thank you very, very kindly." The woman takes out a small pouch of coins and offers it to the priest. "Here is a donation as another thank you." The smile painted on her face show no more sheepishness and returns to the light demeanor she keeps.
"No, Miss. Thank you." The priest takes the donation. "Now is there anything else that this servant of The True can do for you?"
The woman shakes her head. "No, 'tis all I needed, again, thank you, heh."
The woman goes to make her exit.
"May the Loyal Fury protect you, Miss." The priest says, as Nari leaves the Temple.

Re: The Order Of The Radiant Heart
A letter is left in the Temple of Torm, addressed to Aethor Sigor. It is written in a very precise hand, like a student who just learned their letters, and has not acquired all the bad habits of handwriting.
Sir Aethor,
My name is Triel Dilshannae, you may remember me. I was told by Sir Thiago, and Sir Jonas to send a letter to apply for entry into the order. I have been praying a lot, and training hard, and I feel Tyr in my heart now more than ever. I have had a few encounters with others, and I feel that I am guided by Tyr in mind and in heart. I believe I have been accepted as a Paladin of Tyr, and so I would like to be accepted in the Order of the Radiant Heart.
Thank you for your time, and Tyr be with you Sir,
Triel Dilshannae

Re: The Order Of The Radiant Heart
Aethor leaves a letter with the priest at the temple of Tyr in Baldur's Gate. He assumes that the letter will find Triel Dilshannae.
Miss Triel,
I am happy to let you know that you will be joining our ranks as an initiate within the Order of the Radiant Heart and it brings me much joy to hear that Tyr called you into service. During your time as an initiate, you will instructed and observed in order for us to determine whether or not you are ready to become a squire to one of our knights. I am sure that you will make an excellent paladin and will spread the word of Tyr through your actions.
-Sincerely,
Sir Aethor Siger, Knight-Commander

Re: The Order of the Radiant Heart RP
With a popping sound of the displacement of air, Sir Rokranon appeared with his brother Elkor just outside the city of Baldur's Gate. Taking a look around, Jonas smiled and then nodded toward his brother.
"Thank you for the Teleport, Elkor. I'll try to make it back home a little more frequently from now on."
"Oh, joy. Well, I'll be certain to start counting down the days, Jonas."
The elf's tone dripped with sarcasm just before he cast another spell to take him home. Shaking his head, Jonas entered Baldur's Gate and sought out his younger daughter and ex-wife to check in before journeying to Candlekeep to visit with his oath brother Valerius, though he got there pretty late. After spending the night at the Keep, Jonas returned to the Gate and proceeded to get caught up in the business of the Radiant Heart.

Re: The Order Of The Radiant Heart
The radiant light gleaming from the morning dew; the smell of incense permeating through the physical into the spiritual; the long hours in the silence of prayer—his world was consummate. It was in this transcending moment that the young Priest could hear the faint whisper of fate, resounding in his mind like the drums of war. He understood his calling.
Within that same day, a neatly folded, blue ribbon bound, piece of parchment was handed to the Priest by the statue of Torm. On the front was written “To the Order of the Radiant Heart” in a cursive style common with what is often taught in a religious setting. With the opening of the letters, the ink seemed to flow down the page:
Few things ever stir me from the solace of Tyr’s sanctuary on a day of worship. Yet, I feel inclined, no, rather, propelled by the righteousness that is inherent in your cause. It is as if by Tyr’s divine grace, I have been shown the beauty of your prestigious order. I first heard of the Radiant Heart from you leader Aethor Siger. He told me of your purpose, and it was absolutely inspiring. I feel that I could serve your order well in the auxiliary branch; my blade and shield know many battles, and they have only fought for the noblest of causes. Therefore, I have the utmost certainty that my faith and loyalty in your order will be absolute. If you give me the chance, I will prove myself to you, and I believe you will find me an apt choice for your order. My resolve is strong; I will never falter.
With all that I have to offer,
Illumatis Dias, Priest of Tyr

A rolled up parchment, bound with a red ribbon and a stamp in the shape of the symbol of the Radiant Heart arrives at the temple of Tyr. It is addressed to one, Illumatis Dias.
"Illumatis,
It is my distinct pleasure to bring you into our prestigious order under the rank Inititate. As an initiate, we will both train you and determine whether or not you are fit to join our ranks as a priest of the auxiliary. I am confident, given your training as a priest of Tyr, that you will uphold our ideals and will strike fear into the hearts of evil. Welcome, my friend.
-Sincerely,
Aethor Siger, Knight-Commander of the Radiant Heart"

Tomar Goodmannen Reports
I have found it necessary to report on an attack on the gnomes of the gathering as they work dilligently in helping build Bentley Mirrorshade's Inn at the Tradeway crossroads near the old temple of Bhaal. It seems a group of gnomes, including Drem Yeagel, Wald Turkey and Periam were attacked, unannounced and unprovked. Drem and Periam were struck down by the assailant, but Wald survived to carry the two to the Gate and Tyr's temple, where both were ressucitated thank the Triad. Wald described their assailant as a human male with burning red eyes...eyes that make one feel uneasy. I believe that in my travels on the coast I have seen this man, though by circumstance or some other reason, I have never heard his name spoken. He was wearing a white hood and a white cloak at the time of the attack. I urge all members of the order to be on the lookout for this man, as I hope he can be brought to justice as quickly as the circumstances permit. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this man is. For him to lay waste to a formidable group of gnomes in a short period of time must have taken supreme skill, planning, and even a little luck. Hopefully we can bring this murderer to justice quickly. May Tyr guide us on a just path so that we may better help the innocent.

Re: The Order Of The Radiant Heart
Sir,
My name is Tal, and I have delivered this to the Temple of Torm as you instructed me to. From a young age, I was trained by a paladin who followed Tyr, starting at age eight, until I was seventeen, at which age, an event ended my training with him. A year later now, I am hoping to continue my training as a paladin, partially influenced by those of your order, though primarily because I feel it is the role I have been called to fulfill.
Thank you for your time, sir, I can include any other details requested either in person, or in a second letter.

"Tal,
I am pleased to announce that you have been allowed into the Order of the Radiant Heart as an Initiate. Under this rank your actions will be monitored and weighed to see if you are fit to join our ranks as a squire. Given your actions with one of our own, Triel Dilshanae, I am inclined to think that you will fit in fine. Welcome to the Radiant Heart.

Re: The Order Of The Radiant Heart
A hawk carrying a rolled hide scroll swoops down and drops a letter. The contents of the letter are as follows. "Greetings, Knights of the Radiant Heart. I am Uriel. Some of you are familiar with me, and some are not. I come to you with a request for aid. I was recently accosted, and then attacked in front of our grove and sanctuary, by a member of the Fist. Through the course of this battle, the officer summoned forth a necromantic spell most foul, one known only as "Vampiric Feast," to those familiar with it. I find myself the victim of an uprovoked attack, on lands under my purview, and the holder of a recent bounty of ten thousand gold. Such blatant disregard for the natural order and the responsible use of magic must not be allowed. Though it may cost my own life, I intend to see that this man is stripped of further power to harm others. I would ask your consideration in this matter."
The letter is signed in simple, unadorned letters, "Uriel."

Re: The Order of the Radiant Heart RP
Sir Jonas Rokranon has scarcely been seen outside the city as of late, reportedly being caught up in his new role as a judge of low justice trials. The Tormite paladin nevertheless still nearly always has time to help out around the temples or at the orphanage - particularly assisting Tessian with Saint Merielle.
He is reported to be keeping tight lipped about the execution of Eric Lightbringer, merely shaking his head and saying nothing when asked.

Re: The Order of the Radiant Heart RP
After hearing rumors of the increased activity in the Fields of the Dead, Knight-Commander Aethor Siger has recently ordered members of the order to offer and work with the Fist in their efforts to keep the undead at bay.
In addition, members have also been asked to go into both the local graveyard and do what they can to find the source of the problems.
