A bit mixed, it is a lot of work as many people have pointed out, might re-imagine some classes all together perhaps. And if it in turns opens the door for even more spread skill stacking, wont that just bloat the value representation at large, rather than the niche specializations of absurd values? Maybe im stupid and don't really comprehend it. And perhaps a bit too pessimistic about all the gear I've looted becoming obsolete


But I have enjoyed improving my kit on many characters for years and that very much includes hunting specific items with various invaluable skills on them for certain builds. That would largely be gone with the change I suspect and instead we get less specialization and more generalist or covering more bases in each build, which seems like a power creep in RP and mechanically in a lot of cases, where it was a choice before.
