Rumours speak of a cheerful moon elven girl with silver-white hair, traveling from Athkatla and towards Baldur's Gate, stopping by every small settlement to sing a song. She also stops travelers she encounters to sing the same song to them. Some rumours suggests that as this tiny elven girl sings, her shadow seems to dance and that when she's done singing, she herself dances, then strangely fades away into the shadows without a trace.

The song she sings is this:

"Come one, come all
Come big and small
A party outdoors
Where no one are bores

Our welcome is warm
And all can perform
Bring dance, song and word
And be Free as a Bird"

Many travelers speak of a caravan, traveling from Baldur's Gate. Various people mention seeing it in differing locales, from the Friendly Arms, to Beregost and even Nashkel and beyond. A large band of adventurers is seen accompanying this caravan, most unusual. The numbers range from several to over a dozen, depending on who you ask. While few seem to agree on the destination most recall that it was moving generally south.

Rumors say a pretty well known Captain serving in the Amnian Navy, accompanied by his trusted officers, met with a mysterious black clad figure and discussed for a while in a Nashkell Tavern, in front of a bottle of blood wine and other suitable drinks. Of all the tavern's guests, one seemed particularly interested in the conversation...Some say the black clothed individual stopped to talk to her afterwards, some deny it, and others say it was her that addressed the dark figure.

A note is posted on the Garrison of Beregost:

"Denizens of the Town of Beregost

In my travels, the Cleric of Lord Corellon, Andariel of the house E'lyanduil hath run across a kin of silver blood whom irresponsibly consorts with demons. I had confronted this kin for his actions, to which he turned his diabolic powers against me. I defended myself and with the almighty power granted me by the Elven All Father, bested this dire foe in battle upon the plains before the village of the Xvarts. I dragged this one to safety, unmasked him, healed his wounds and offered him a chance at redemption.

When he refused to find the grace of Corellon and denounc his actions, promising never to summons minions from the nine hells once more, I moved to bring him to your authority here in the town of Beregost. He escaped my grasp and fled bit before doing, he spoke of a shadowy group whom would wreak havoc on those whom opposed him. The elf has renounced all his grace and in no way should be considers affiliated with our people.

The elf looks as such *offers a description of the moon elf Norfin* and I pray his actions will one day be brought to the light of justice.

*signed*
Andariel, Priest of Corellon"

After a night of celebrating the wedding between lady Narasida Zakine and sir Hernando Albrongardo, several guests found themselves passed out inside the Belching Dragon tavern in Nashkel with no memory of how they arrived there and a bad hangover. The barkeep said she had only turned her back to get something and when she turned around, found people sleeping on her floor. Some took to more drink as a cure whilst others left to get some proper rest. What had happened? Was it a bad dream, too much drink or something else..? Some people mentioned recalling strange things but no one had a clear picture.

Telia seems to recall a determined Thedran shouting angrily and bashing through doors... but for what purpose?

Rumors speak of three dark clad figures enjoying some wine, or maybe it was beer, in the Belching Dragon Tavern. Some drunk claims one of them rolled out a piece of parchment, another says it was a book with a pink ribbon covering it.

Word has it they left separately, an amount of gold on the table covering the costs of the beverages.

Two barbarians, calling themselves Cynric and Nerys, arrive into Beregost from the south. They seem excited about something, speaking about a great beast to the south. Directed to the barracks they speak to Sherriff de Oca.

Some time later, when nothing seems to occur, they can be heard in the tavern telling the tale of a minotaur larger than the tallest pine stalking amongst the crags near the Ulcaster Ruins south of Beregost. Its mighty body was wreathed in unnatural flames.

People speak of a party of five, perhaps seven individuals leaving Nashkel early in the morning. Some were heavily armed, some were dressed in mere dark robes. Some hunter claimed they were seen heading towards the mountainpass, faded from sight by an approaching snowstorm.

Almost a day later, the group returned to Nashkel. Battered and covered in snow. Some vague tongues speak that only half of the initial group actually returned, but it is unclear if it holds any truth.

Several witnesses (not all of them drunk at the time) can confirm with a certain degree of reliability that a dark-clad, broad-shouldered and well armed man has been seen in Beregost recently, interviewing the locals about the strange events that took place a few weeks ago, paying particular attention to the tales of blood rituals and necromancy, and the demon sightings not far from the relative safety of the town borders. After a few days of inquiries, all the while lodging at master Feldepost's Inn, he resupplied and departed traveling south, his destination unknown. Some say during his stay he entrusted his colossal greatsword to master Thunderhammer's care...

The Gate guards of Beregost get a quite sight as poorly marching unit of Hellstorm Marines accompanied by a drummer and Captain Kalma Hellstorm approach them late at the evening. "Halt!" Like the grumling men would actually need any orders to stop, nevertheles the order is yelled and Kalma salutes the nearest guard. "Evening there, comrade! Mind to tell me where my men can settle their camp? We are here to do some trade and perhaps set some new deals with the Amn's fair people... Ah, don't ye worry, Guardsman. My men won't stay here more longer than a week or two; Month, most. Mind to hurry if ye need to get the watch-officer? We have been walkin--- I mean marching quite a while from the coast to here. Oh, if there is extra room at the barracks we could come to an agreement about such accommodation to me and my men? "

[Asking an entry for Kalma's wish-to-be militia group in Beregost. Not more than 16 Hellstorm Crew NPCs.]

"Kill them all, let them pay."

Rumors go through Amn that a dark clothed figure is seeking out hired knives, introducing herself only as "left".

It is said by people that heared people talk about people they know, that this figure is paying for the deminse of specific individuals that all share in common that they go by the names of Zakine, sometimes Zataur or other minor branches.

The only exception from the death-list seems to be the young Lady recently married into Amn, who is especially pointed out by the contractor to go unharmed at all costs..

Curiously enough the contractor for the hits was able to provide it all, knowledge on what defensive wards may be around the targets and how to evade these. Or how many guards there would be and when, for some odd reason, all these guards where going to take a collective break at some point as well as on how to dispose the bodies of the victems.

Few of these people actually live(d) together, which leads not to piles of bodies on one place. Rather some dead here, some there with no one really being able to give a real body count.

Rumors say that moon elf in black clothes was noticed near Nashkell, seeking for rare magical ingredients. Like the lich bone, vampire dust, imp ears, virgin blood and other horrible things. Only gods know, for what was he seeking it.

Members of the Silver Shield can be seen inquiring about strange amulets recovered from cultists found in the mountains south of Nashkel. From the rumors it seems that they have dispatched several groups of these cultists while patrolling the Trade Way to the south.
