It would seem that the Rokranons have returned to the area from their honeymoon, as Sir Jonas was seen riding to the city on his silver colored palfrey. He first heads to the ducal palace, likely to announce his return to his liege-lords, and then made his way to the temple of Torm, then Tyr.

Rumors spreads in taverns that a creature has been seen flying over the tradeways recently, which match the description of a griffon.

Guardsman Thedran is seen shoving two prisoners down the road. . he threatens, and strikes them repeatedly until they reach the far eastern gate by the small merchant's camp. Once there he barks something about bhaalists and cuts both their throats. . .

Once done, he stakes both of the corpses along side the edge of the road, and returns shortly after to stake a notice to the chest of the human corpse.

After inspecting his handy word, he dusts his hands off and walks back south.

After hearing such (The above) John is seen rambling about the honourless fist slitting throats dishonorably and beating the prisoners rather then hanging them and getting the job over with.

Word spreads that a couple of highwaymen, a halfling and an human-like thug, that were plaguing the Trade Way road, robbing either using intimidation or the force of violence, were seen while been taken tied up to the Fist HQ in Baldur's Gate by a black-armored knight-like hero folks commonly relate to the Most Noble Order of the Radiant Heart. After interrogation from Captain Norton they face a one day period in jail. A young lady served as witness to the robbing attempt.

There is talk of mass confusion around the campfire near the Friendly Arms Inn. Some of it is about a trio of Fist too easily taking offense at several people and enforcing swift, shovel justice. Some of it is about an angry elf demanding harassment of his wife cease.

What is agreed is that amidst all the mayhem, Sir Jonas and Lady Alistaria somehow restore calm.

For those who were around the Elfsong Tavern in Baldur's Gate the last evening .
Someone could have noticed a strange deep blue light sparkling the night in a blind alley near there.
Few minutes later a man ,outfitted like a mage, walked out from the blind alley looking around with a bit lost expression on his face.
Few moments later he entered the tavern mumbling to himself.

A cloaked hin posts a note makes a journey from Nashkel to the Gate and posts a notice in every major inn and city, and then vanishes from sight soon after,

"There is a mage, that uses magiks to turn himself small that is a corpse lover! He had a robe and skullcap, and summons vampires to do his bidding, I think his name is Don the Van or something stupid. I can't describe what he did with them vampires because it made me sick. Beware!"

Word spreads that the Weave Masters have abandoned their old name in favor of something less presumptuous.

"Bah! As if they were masters of the Weave!" one old man grumbles on the street.
"Well, that's why they changed their name, Grampa," explains the young boy by his side.
"Don't sass me, boy!" snaps the old man. "Say, what'd they change their name to, anyways?"
"'Istari Tower,' Grampa," says the boy.
"What? That's what their tower is called!"
"That might be why they chose it for their new name, Grampa."
The old man whacks the boy upside the head. "I told you not to sass me, boy!"
"Yes, Grampa."
