*Lady Elvina was seen entering CandleKeep for sometime... some saw her having an important hushed meeting with Guide Alexandra in the Guide's Office in the library.* *Later that day she was seen heading to Doron Amar at an extremely fast pace, entering the conference room with Elyssa in private meeting. Then she was seen heading back to the Keep a few hours later.*

Hoppy Toadmeadow is seen leaving an envelope sealed with some natural tar substance, smelling earthy like sage. She pops it in the hands of one of the attendants and says "For Miss Elvina please!"

A letter would arrive from the Captain of the Flaming Fist.


"As you are awareTerri Lalani of the Phoenix Company was recently found guilty of several charges including; murder, leading a dragon into the city and withholding vital information. I also understand that the Phoenix Company Lodge was attacked shortly after this, including a guard of the Lodge, twice.

I want to take the time to thank the Silver Rose for their aid and support in this desperate time. I also wish to report that Terri Lalani has been freed of all charges; two Mindflayers were recovered from the city sewers who were controlling several high rankinng officers. They have admitted tampering with the evidence at court under their control.

You may withdraw your guards from the Lodge. On a final note, the threat of the red dragon is still an issue the Fist wish to tackle, the Silver Roses aid in this task will be greatly appreciated. Once again thank you for your support and understanding.

*It is clear the Order of the Silver Rose has no intentions of removing their guards from the Phoenix Company until the investigation is complete, in fact other members of The Order of the Silver Rose stopped by while on Patrol along with Sir Nathaniel of the Radiant Heart.

It was a full house at the Order of the Silver Rose Keep yesterday as many allied leaders of cities, guilds and factions of the Sword Coast met in private to discuss current events and happenings going on around the region.

I have one as well... having to do with the Kobolds.

As I was interviewing Chord Silverstring, a bard who is interested in joining the OSR, we were interrupted by the same Yip Yip coming from outside the walls. One of the Knight Guards came up and exclaimed that there was an army of them spilling out of the Cloakwood. I alerted the Keep to put up the defences and took a small contingent of Knights with myself and Chord towards the Cloakwoods.

As we went to investigate and sure enough an army of them, dozens, were plaguing the trade-way yelling the same For the King and the like. Other adventurers joined in and we managed to capture one of them alive. I tied his hands and feet and we questioned him at length. Chord translated the language for us, known as Yip-yak. He was adamant that his King Nextkin would have these lands for their new home and that we would all die. Not much else was gleaned from the little beast so I let him go alive as promised and warned him to go back to his King and tell him his efforts are futile and that only more death would ensue if he persisted. I told him to offer a Parlay to his King if he wants one and let him go. He ran off into the woods.

Information told by some of the adventurers present:

Ash Slatee said as he looked at the markings on their gear, there is at least 6 differerent tribes working together. He gave Isabella of CandleKeep all six of the markings and insignias to investigate. He also found a note on one of them that was smudged that said "once you killed all those tall legs spread out once more the green man mu then it get smeared and ot learn of us" them more smears . Isabella claims to know about this "Green Man". She said "There is a knight I met who hunts the Kobolds. HIs name is.... Asturias? That wears green armor. New to the region."

A note of one of the adventurers, an Ebon Blade mercenary, we know as Geist, was there. He had some not so pleasant things to say throughout the battle. One piece of information was useful and that he claims the Kobolds are coming from the Batiri cave somewhere. However, in the end as I was leaving to write up the paperwork on the incident I left him with a stern warning in front of all present:

"Please let your boss Greil know that the Order of the Silver Rose is Protecting Terri and Vendor from harm as well as the whole phoenix company. If he wishes a parlay about it, let me know by missive. This is just a friendly reminder."
