Thanks to all the DM's this weekend. You all did a wonderful job in planning and testing players on all levels.
I'd also like to thank Vanira and Mealir. Both at times, seemed to be overwhelmed in their leadership roles with the dozens of players looking for orders.
Special thanks to Vendetta who braved all manner of hostile beast (his wife) in providing us with hours of entertainment. The event may have turned out a bit rocky during some middle stages, but the ending was exceptional. (fist reinforcements and interaction between the bested noble and Mealir was very entertaining)

Big thanks to Duster47... for the quick area turns for the current DM campaign especially when the directions were often a bit chaotic.

I need to thank a crapton of people for doing the Amn-Gate War this past weekend. Amn-Gate was the big hurdle we needed to overcome before we could wrap up NotG, and the staff really came through. So in no particular order, thank you to:
Maecius, for coming up with this idea so long ago. We had a lot of people run with this ambitious idea, and it was a wild ride. Only for you, Big Mac, only for you.
Luna, for dealing with dev-side and DM-side issues for weeks. Thank you for dealing with all of the stress! It was confusing and crazy, and I didn't help matters any, but you got things done anyways. You're amazing.
Duster47, for most of the new areas you saw this weekend. He put in ridiculous amounts of time and effort, and sacrificed a lot of his play time this weekend to make things work out. Thank you for all of your quality areas! You work miracles.
Thank you to Fugue, Carebear, Vendetta, Passiflora, Maecius, MDWagner, RabidBadger, Grave, Klania, Lyrewyn, and Xzar for running events and tech support this weekend! It was hectic as the Nines, but you guys did an amazing job anyways. I am grateful to have you all on the team. We ran dozens of events, some public, some secretive, and I think/hope we made a lot of players happy.
Maecius, Passiflora, Vendetta, and Carebear for their input as to the actions of NPCs and political entities. Through all of our debates, we tried to cover all the bases, and I think we came up with a more realistic plot because of it. Thank you all!
Also, Vendetta made the Fist Encampment area north of Beregost. An awesome (and framerate-slaying) map!
And Carebear and Fugue made the Amnian NPCs who gave everyone so much trouble this weekend!
And of course, the cheesy (but no less sincere) thank you to the players. It's no fun (and utterly pointless) without you guys there to experience it. I hope you all had fun with it. Thank you for bearing with us through the hiccups, and listening to us tell our stories. I am very grateful that you were all here this weekend.

I have so many people to thank. Almost too many!
For the past weekend I have to thank all of the DMs who pulled together to make it happen. I've never seen the team coordinate so smoothly or so well, and I am utterly, utterly impressed with you all. I'm extremely proud to count myself among your ranks, and so very humbled by your greatness.
I also have to thank all of the DMs who worked so hard and so patiently to ensure that the politics for this epic conclusion worked -- and that the war broke out at all.
In this regard, I have to especially thank DM Hydrocarbonated for helping develop the Amn-Gate Cycle's plot line, as well as DMs Protector and Passiflora for really moving it forward over the past four months. DM Protector, in particular, was thrust into his position as a relatively new player (and a very new DM), and did a great job bringing the metaplot forward to a point where we could conclude it.
I also have to thank DMs Rokranon/Vindicator and Illuminated for being my sounding boards throughout the last year with regards to this plot. Your encouragement and companionship inspired me more than you know, and your ideas were always well-informed and helpful.
I have to thank all of the developers and area builders for their work, as well. Vendetta, your Flaming Fist Camp was truly awesome. And Duster47, I'm starting to believe you: Maybe you really are a sentient machine. At the very least, you build like one. Your speed, skill, and service over the past couple of weeks will never be forgotten. While we DMs can do a lot to make the world breathe, it's you builders who give the world its lungs.
I, too, have to thank the players. Without you guys we'd have nothing. You make it fun for us DMs when we ourselves are player side, acting as your peers; and you give us willing victims when we're DMing. We love you for both.
Finally, I have to thank Luna and Charraj.
Luna, thank you for having faith in me and in the metaplot. You could have axed it, called it too ambitious, or otherwise put it down. Instead, you encouraged me and those who came after me every step of the way, from the very beginning all the way on to these final days. I really appreciate the confidence you've put in me over the last two years. I know I tend to come and go, but I hope I never let you down.
Charraj, you also deserve a sincere thank you. You took the reigns when we needed someone to take over, and you have done a remarkable job ever since. I've not once regretted my choice, and it's a credit to your attributes as a leader and an administrator that you've managed to put together a DM team that is so good at what they do. Your putting this plot's conclusion into motion (and convincing me to come back to help out with it) are mini-miracles in their own right.
All in all, I'm exhausted after this weekend. And I know I'm not the only one. As a final appreciation, thank you to those of you among the staff and player base alike who give us the encouragement we're going to need to make it through the next two weekends of this plot. Hopefully we'll make it through with our sanity intact.

I would like to thank the DM and staff for a very interesting outcome to Catam's incarceration. His banishment and branding has already created some incredible RP for him and others and I look forward to future stories that are already developing. Both me as a player and Catam as a character did not know right to the very end what would happen and I must say the surprise was well worth the wait. Well done team!

What? There are more? Oh my....
Alas, I want to thank DM MR for assisting in the RP reason for hoihe's RCR, and also for clearing up Bahamut's aliveness... Though i wonder, With Hoihe worshipping Bahamut AND valkur AND Io, when he dies, would he be considered faithless?
