I haven't seen all summons but those I have seen/used have not been slow. Suspecting its just the Celestial lion.
Although, I have found that the paladin's revenant seems to prefer to walk? I haven't used the spell so much but found it difficult to have it keep up. Or maybe mine were just super confused and never knew where to go.

Summon Creature IX just plain isn't working when I try to summon Elder Elementals either from the radial menu or manually sellecting them via Character Details. Lesser animals get summoned normally.
I'm a Spirit Shaman / Thaumaturge.

Adding to above. I've had this problem with all Summon Creature line spells when attempting to summon any elemental. Issue first appeared on thursday 9.3.2017.
Pimple (Sirion Te'Dwa) also confirmed having same problem.
Elemental summons seem to work fine on Greater Planar Binding.

So!
Pommel Strike and Lunge are 1:10 chance that they work on a character that has spells.
Why?
The copy of the character decides to try and cast a spell instead of attacking.

Because of the Spell failure "fix" to casting so you can't quick cast. When using Blood component and queue up some spells the first one will always fail.
Meaning Blood component is working like a spell instead of a spell like ability.

The reserve rune feats are not working as they should. The cool down is supposed to be 30 seconds but after using it two or three times the cool down will jump to anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. This drastically reduces the usefulness of the feat.
Also summons are not working right either... seems you cant summon elementals now, all attempts to do so fail. Im told its the same with outsiders as well.

Quick cast menu works fine for me.
The blood component failure might be due to a feat being activated? Not sure but I have noted that when I rest with my paladin, Heavy Armor Optimization is applied and I need to wait a full round before casting anything (new change).

This might be due to the old and known cooldown bug on feats. Right-click use from character menu, rest or use Charge feat to reset the timer.

I think this issue is related to only elementals from the Summon Creature line and perhaps Elemental Swarm as well (report somewhere).

The Perfected Tanglefoot Bags created by the level 4 spell (druid) Tanglefoot, don't seem to do anything when thrown.

Duergar racial abilities are being dispelled on most dispels cast so it seems the caster level isn't set properly. My character is level 30 just for reference so should not be dispelled at all unless by a mords cast at a higher than 20 caster level. And I think technically their racial abilities are cast at double their level. Which would mean they can't be dispelled.

Still cant summon elementals and certain outsiders. Really need to fix this as the ones you can summon are pathetically weak.

2 things I've noticed:
1) Mark Rune is no longer on the Cantrip selectable spells list?!? (for a lvl 4 Wizard toon).
2) Spell slots are being automatically filled in, before selecting/filling up a spellbook. Weird....
