As an fyi, the excel sheet is having some changes as some spells are being re-arranged due to a bug discovered by Anrilor earlier where domains that both grant the same spell on different levels will only ever allow memorizing to the level of the highest slot. So if you are using the excel sheet for reference, do know that some spells will be out of order in-game until a patch can go in to update it live.

It's very useful spell even now, so having it working as intended will only make it even better.
From what i understand one will not be able to use wands under the effect ofTensers, just potions. Is this correct?

So made my first steps with that class, very nice work.
Issues so far:
Pixie: got only 4 sneak dices on a rogue3/shifter18 build.
Pixie+Dryad: Should wielded ranged weapons stats transfer to these shapes ?
(as info Dryad uses longbow, Pixie a shortbow)
Pixie: cannot use sleight of hand in shape

(the other shapes cannot too)
Most shapes special clickies require a concentration check - is this intended?
Sizes: the gorgon seems a bit small compared to the owlbear and the ogremage.
Suggestion: Give the shapes more (and somewhat tactical) special abilities to use (click). Just having 1-3 clickies seems to get boring quite fast without any other combat options.

Not at the moment (and neither for shapechange). It's a bit problematic given how powerful some weapons are... (+6 attack bonus and damage belts etc.).

Yes. Spell-like abilities require concentration.

Given how there are a lot of concerns about power, probably it won't happen

Figuring out abilities and coding them for so many forms is a lot of work too.

I noticed some weird non-additions when using Shifter Owlvear form and items with Universal Saves.
At the moment, when I shift to Owlbear using NO uni save gear, the CON mod of my toon goes up 1, so the Fortitude Save goes up 1.
When I shift using a +3 Necklace of Uni Saves, for a flash, the Character Sheet shows -3 Fort Saves on the amount, then after the shifting is complete, +3 is added to Fortitude, which is exactly the same amount pre-shift—meaning, the increased CON of the form is not applying (the total should have gone up by 1, like previously without the item).
If I add to the mix a +2 Uni Saves ring, and then shift to Owlbear, the same situation as previous happens, but now the new total is -2 Fortitude from what it should be.
This only seems to be applying to the Fortitude Save, and not the Reflex save (this seems to go up as it should).

Yesterday, my Shifter had/gained the Darkvision feat. Today, that Feat was no longer in the Mode bar, no longer in the Character Sheet.
I also downloaded the latest update today as well, before the above occurred (if that helps).

We have to give credit where is due. Matelener did a very good job implementing this PRC since there are 0 game breaking issues. I literally had 0 issues with it

It looks like Appraising Touch was moved from Trade 1 to Trade 2 to make way for Identify, and I presume Magic got swapped as well.
Was this so that Identify is standardized to Innate level 1? Did Rune and Greed exist before this rework, as if not, it may have been more appropriate to have it as Arcane 1, Divine 2 (as both Magic and Trade has it at 2, only Knowledge had it at 1)
I noticed primarily because I realized my spell-list has holes where my level 1 Appraising Touch used to be.

This is done to fix the issue pointed out here:

Gods who have the same spell given by two domains at different levels causes both versions of the spell to always use the highest possible level (if you have spells that flip flop, like A+B on domain 1 and B+A on domain 2, BOTH spells will only ever use the highest level slot possible for each).
This has required going through the entire list and reshuffling spells to ensure gods either don't offer the same spell on different domains, or that their domains offer that spell at the same level on each. In some cases, duplicating the spell onto new 2da rows, or even creating whole new spells where shuffling was not possible, was required.
So I'd ask everyone to please review the changes.
