There is no need for RCRs. It works even better now. You activate the mode and the ew fires once per round without having to hit the EW every round.

and without the issue where sometimes you hit the button on the quick bar or the number assigned to it, but for some reason EW doesn't fire. There will be no RCR period with this change. Valefort's implementation is fantastic and everyone who's tested it has agreed it works better.

Couple of notes:

- You can retrieve items deposited while disguised as one of your other characters, but only with the character disguised. i.e. new storage seems to be tied to the actual PC rather than the account and PC name.

- Example, Finneaus Du'Veil disguised as Tarent Nefzen can deposit items, but then logging in to Tarent Nefzen to retrieve those items brings up blank inventory. Logging back on to Finneaus Du'Veil and putting disguise on to be Tarent Nefzen will then correctly display deposited items.

- You can't deposit items if you have an apostrophe in your name. However creating a simple disguise (such as disguising Finneaus Du'Veil as Finn) will allow you to deposit your items in new storage with no issues.


So at least as it is built right now, the new storage system cannot be utilized to mule items between PC's.

And all those FB/WMs with 13 Dex and EW that no longer get the auto-hit?

Damnit you all took the only thing I had to do with my FvS by spamming the EW! What ever am I to do now? Now I just click and watch? OMG how boring....

No. it is an on hit event. The sequence of events is the same with having an on hit property on a weapon. They work together.

Could we have the same done to Flourish from Duelist? The cool-down is ok, but it usually doesn't take the highest ab even if hit with time.

Well, if the new EW is like an on-hit property that doesn't inhibit any other Attack types/effects, and always used the highest AB, only landing if the Attack in general lands, that IS a much better EW!

Now just add an 18-second cooldown, and it will be perfect!

I used the on hit event to explain how the EW works with other feats such as death attack etc. When the mode is activated, the EW will happen once every round. If it hits the effects are applied otherwise not. The feat is much easier to use now than before, yes
