((( OK. We are officially at a transition point. Mila has the gem, Herran is reading up on the shadow plane or visiting candle keep again? Hoihe is....? Mila is....?

((Hoihe is planning on visiting the Underdark to deal with another curse.

What, he's a busy man!

As Herran and Hoihe made off towards Candlekeep, Mila made a little stop at the family's house, determined to be prepared in case of trouble. She planned to head south toward the Friendly Arm Inn as Herran headed north from Candlekeep.

Hoihe has been gathering gold recently, after visiting a cave with a hooded man...

The gem is gone. Returned to it's rightfull owner and whisked to another place.
Even as the she-devil entered the fiery portal, a peace decends on those present. Another page turned on the story of their lives.

Later that night.....
Sophia(a barmaid in Elfsong Tavern ): "I tells ya. Me sees it with me own eyes. That Herran fella weren't bitten. Him be havin blood pourin from his own mouth! And that girl with him had blood on her front, she did. If anyone be a vampire...well, I'm just sayin..."

Excited rumors fly swiftly around BG that a vampire hunter named Hoihe had spotted an undead blood fiend in the White Mask Theatre! Several citizens report seeing the vampire flee in bat form as people, and a Fist patrolmen, forced their way in to investigate the chaos ensuing. It appears Herran may have been bitten as he was Bleeding from his head.
Citizens are worried for their safety, especially now that Captain Norton has stepped down from his station.


For whatever reasons, Herran does nothing to dispel these rumors. While in Baldurs Gate he remains hidden within the theater during the day. At night he is oft spotted around the docks or in the sewers simply roaming .... or so it seems.

Those he talks to he tells of a planned gala of sorts to be held within the Theater in the not too distant future.
