well the only what i fear is the narcosis first time i was under the knife whan i woke up i talk English so what will be next? Mud language so my mind cant connection that means that i will not woke up in the right way

My advice from experiences being homeless. Don't let a couple bad minutes ruin a good hour. Good luck and don't give up so easily. Focus on finding peace within yourself, even if it means forgiving those who have wronged you. Things look bleak before they get better. Also make the few good minutes last a day.
