Don't worry, I tried it 5 times, it's actually a funny feeling when you wake up imo. just enjoy the confusion =)

My advice from experiences being homeless. Don't let a couple bad minutes ruin a good hour. Good luck and don't give up so easily. Focus on finding peace within yourself, even if it means forgiving those who have wronged you. Things look bleak before they get better. Also make the few good minutes last a day.
