Confirmed.

I sent up XP to the RCR NPC, waited for a Server Reset, created a newly named PC, took XP, and still experienced this -1 Divinate issue.

So it looks like one "burns" a level of Paladin just to get to Divinate Level 0.

I took a stab at the level issue yesterday, but I wasn't able to finish it in one go.
Its my commitment to fix it, I won't move on to other issues until kits are working properly.

I've commited a fix. It'll be published next update.
Kits: Level progression corrected for characters who don't start progression at level 1.

I apologize in advance if this has been answered elsewhere. I saw that Cavaliers do not gain access to Bane of Enemies, which I think is good for balancing purposes.

But do they gain access to the other feats, such as improved favored enemy as a selectable feat, or power attack favored enemy?

They get improved favored enemy

So, they get improved favored enemy.

Do they get Favored Power Attack?

If they do, I will seriously consider taking this on my paladin.

I think they just get Improved Favored Enemy.
