Some episodes are awesome. Others I enjoy less.
Spoiler because I saw it too early.
- Who were those other people in the little group beyond the wall? Why were they there? Just because HBO could kill a few people without losing main characters. GRRM would probably have killed some main characters instead.
- What is the distance between Dragonstone and wherever they were beyond the wall? Gendry runs, a raven flies and dragons fly. All in 1 episode? The series speeds up like it's on drugs.
- I expected one dragon too fall. I didn't expect to see it rise again. Dracolich... *shudders with excitement*

Uh... the "Little group" are some of my fav characters who are there since season 1. You might want to check back old seasons.

This show messes with my emotions way too much.
I was upset when the Night King brought down the dragon.
I screamed when I saw the chains.
I cried when I saw the blue eyes.
Why do you hate humanity, Martin?? WHY??
I just wanted to punch my tv.

Dude, you guys had to have seen that homeboy was standing off in the cut for a reason when he had the Westorosee Avengers trapped!
Thought he was gunning for Dany though, instead of the Dragon. That shiznit was cray cray!!!
Sorry, the Night King is just gangster!
(lol, sorry about the typing, but I had to for some reason

)

I've never hated a fictional character more than I hate the Night King.

Thrones bores, none of the 'named' characters die because there are none left to kill. So... yeah. The show will probably end with Jon Snow at Iron Throne, as the man who cannot die, to make sure Danny's horrendous ideas keep getting implemented into the near future.
Oh, lets siege the city! Lets slowly starve the population! That ought to win their hearts... Instead of just breaking the walls with her dragons, sending the Unsullied to kill all who raise arms against them... (No raiding or pillaging, just killing those that pick up arms.)

I actually agree. Should have killed all three dragons right there and then. How hard would it have been for him to just extend his arm so his mates could hand another ice spear or what not to throw.

The Night King is just a victim!

Yep, the real bad guys are (were?) the Children of the Forest... The First Men were just making a home for themselves, cutting down some tree's, what-have-you and the Children get all mad, like putting a face on a tree turns it in to a god or something.
Then, when the Children start losing the fight that THEY STARTED....Instead of pleading peace they concoct some weird ceremony and create the Night King to become their army. Only after they lost control of their creation did they team up with the very enemy they sought to destroy in order to protect themselves from the danger they wrought.
You reap what you sow, Children...you reap what you sow.

One of my colleagues says this quite often...Must be a British thing, though she has me saying it more and more often. In any regard, thanks kleomenes...I say something worthy of such praise maybe once per year, so I guess I'm spent for 2017.

She had three dragons. It was just a matter of time until one of them dies. Either on attacking cersey or the night king.
The second is now reserved for John Snow. I hope brother & sister engage in a relationship before they learn about it

The Night King should have just used the ice javelins on the A-Team stranded on the island..
He literally had atleast one FULL night. Talk about hesitation. Did he even move until Queen D and the Infernos showed up?
No, he just sat astride his zombie horse, like a lemon!
I had high hopes for him as the next 'big villain', but this cannot be ignored.
*snubs the Night King*
...Kylo Ren, don't let us down

Perhaps he planned for the Dragons to come and was simply attempting to set a trap in order to obtain a WMD of his own. Doesn't explain why he held the second lance so long though. Perhaps the Dragon in the air was out of range, but the Dragon Danaeris was on was a sitting duck!
