For the cloak of epic dexterity,
either is an auction that will start after a first initial bid of 200 bags. When 3 days have passed since the last highest offer, it will end that auction in favor of its bidder.

With the latest bids, Derek shouts at the crowd sporadically : "Last day for auction! A beautiful magical ring and a magnificent enchanted cloak!"
He pulls out an hourglass from his bag, reversing it when its sand has finished to flow out and drawing then a line on a parchment at each time.
