Those who frequent the Temple often, would notice that Telia has not been staying overnight at the Temple for at least two tendays. The orange tabby, Silvyr, has also not been seen at the Temple. The sorceress still visits the holy house of Ilmater frequently.

The Temple is busy currently as a donation drive is in full swing; it is readily apparent that the donation money is being spent on medical supplies blankets and clothing but primarily food, which is being made readily available to the poor of the city as well as to the refugees from Kheldrivver.

It is apparent that the temple is handling quite large amounts of donations, and this may be causing administrative problems in and of itself.

Amidst the chaos, Brother Ameris is seen setting aside medical supplies suitable for trauma and physical wounds - bandages, analgesic and cleansing herbs, splints, stretches and the like. All the kind of supplies one would need in treating those injured in battle.

The supplies are kept stockpiled, filling spare areas of the temple, including the priest's own sleeping cell - which, notably, he does not use at the current time, retiring elsewhere each night.

Ameris speaks openly of the purpose. "The poor in the city are this temple's utmost priority, of course. But bandages and poultices will do little here but will save lives amongst the Army of the New Dawn, the lives of brave men and women fighting an evil that one day may end up at this city's gates."

*During early morning Eleanor approaches the temple followed by a group of farmfolk hugging their belongings tightly, faces tired and wary. She enters the temple with Captain Allen at her side, looking for Brother Ameris.*

"Brother.." *She bows her head politely* "This is Captain Allen of Wayfork Guard" *Gestures to the man to her right* "We have fifteen people with us. Twenty fife is the other ten gets to be relocated from the Inn where the Fist placed them..." *The young squire speaks in level, calm yet slightly flat voice.* "Following your suggestion I brought them here.. And this is for the trouble.." *The girl retrieves a small pouch of gold offering it to Ameris* "It's not much... But I'll try to gather more.."

Ameris, clad in his priestly robes and skullcap, smiles at first Eleanor, then Captain Allen. "Well met. Its best the fifteen stay here until lodgings can be arranged. Those in the inn can come here too, or they can wait until we have something more permanent arranged. If they do, they can of course visit their friends and family here whenever they wish."

Ameris then addresses the refugees as a whole, raising his voice a bit so he can be heard.
"Welcome to the temple, all of you! Please, sit at the table and we will see everyone fed. Myself or one of the other priests will come round to introduce ourselves. If you need anything, don't hesitate to tell us!"

He returns his gaze to Eleanor and Captain Allen. "I'm intending on securing lodgings which the people can make their own, rather than something as transient as an inn, hopefully that will not take too long. For now we will get beds made up and some good food to welcome you all here. We'll examine everyone and make sure everything is alright, and make sure we priests aren't seen as strangers. Is there anything we should know about any of the refugees? If so, let me or one of the other Adorned know."

He then focuses on Eleanor. "There's need aplenty in the city, this donation will help us carry on meeting it even as we aid these here."

Telia can be seen among the refugees from the Wayfork village, mainly the children, as she tries to bring some comfort to them. She tries to bring away the young ones' minds from the homes they left behind by telling captivating stories and offering a listening ear when any would wish to speak of what they left behind.

The mopping paladin meanders her way through the Wayfork refugees for the most part, doing whatever it is she does with her odd mop. For her part, the woman seems to keep to herself, taking the position of background noise and keeping an eye on their accents. She does not, however, wear her armour.

Once inside the church, The refugees relax and try to help those with their work having left behind their hard lives of labor when they fled the incoming undead horde.

As Ameris circulated through the various refugees, examining them for any illnesses and asking them if they need anything in particular, he would make a point of trying to learn a little of each; their names (which he would make an effort to learn) and their professions. He would express sympathetic regret for their plight, as one might expect from an Ilmateri.

Depending on what he learned he would try and find tasks to busy idle hands, if they wished it - seeing it as a means by which the refugees could keep their pride. Either around the temple, or assisting with the priests as they undertake tasks around the city.

If any of the refugees have a special skill which they wish to use he would tell them he would see if he could speak to someone who might be able to find them work.

*Eleanor would drop by the temple to check on her people, spending some time asking them about those that stayed behind, ensuring those whose friends and loved ones are still in the village that the evacuation effort is underway. The girl would also help Ameris with finding tasks in which the refugees would be most helpful.*

A tall hooded man dressed in a light crimson tunic stops by the Temple several times. He watches the chaos of the refugees' integration into the city and leaves a modest donation with Sister Adolina before leaving quickly. He remains silent during his brief visit and avoids eye contact with any present.

The simple farm folk help around the church as best they can, cleaning and assisting the priests where they are needed. Allen and the other Wayfork guards continue to help the Fist with their patrols. Each one tells those that help them how they appreciate the kindness they are shown and hope to one day help them in return.

A number of further refugees are brought to the temple to be found empty lodgings and provided with short term work, as before.

Ameris is seen dashing about as before, trying to see if there are any health or pastoral needs of the various refugees.

A ginger cat has been hidden away in the kitchen, his hazel eyes watching the refugees and the Ilmateri work. His loyal subject, the sorceress known as Telia Navra, can be seen offering what help she can. Some may notice that she always finds a way to avoid the more menial and dirty work by re-directing them to someone else by making them want to roll up their sleeves, by flattery or other means.

*Less of the poor folk have been visiting the kitchen of late. When asked what is going on, it is heard that the Virtuous Soil has been giving alms to the less fortunate of the city, under the mercy of Chauntea. The city's poor have been praising the act of charity.*
