((The festival is November 18 starting at 10 pm UTC. Posting this for the Town Crier Bot on Discord since I made a mistake in the previous post. Going to see about making it an all day festival with a willing DM by adding props, decorations, and NPCs between resets, but the main events won't start until 10.))

Captain Lylan'Synor will post flyers around the village, on both sides of the river.

The festival continues to be a topic of discussion as new rumors spread of the events to take place during the festival. After the beginning of the festivities, there is to be an archery contest, a fencing tournament, a magic contest, a foot race, and then ending with a drinking contest before the telling of stories & songs of Tel'Quessir lore as the festival winds down into the night. There is also rumor of a Hunt to take place but will occur before the festival and only Tel'Quessir of the village are permitted to participate.

There is also some interesting rumors that the village has a construction project planned but the details as to what are never discussed with any visiting N'Tel'Quess as of yet. However, there were mentions of a possible additional design contest to take place during the festival for this very project. There is some debate on whether or not such a contest should also only be for the Tel'Quessir or if other races should be allowed to participate. There is a universal agreement that the winner of the contest must be determined by one of the Tel'Quessir as the project apparently requires approval from Evereska.

The latest rumors about the upcoming festival are in regards to the rules for the contests. Many show interest in this as there is also discussion of prizes to be awarded to the winners. Parties interested in claiming these prizes for themselves would be wise to pay close attention to the gossip about the village.

A long golden blond haired female sun elf clad in mithral armor and a sword on her side passed the gates of Doron Amar, along with an incidental new genasi visitor to the village. To the older citizenry and guards, the elf would be recognised as Elyssa Symbaern. The elf has spent several hours in company with others in the Inn, and turned in for the night to sleep in one of the guest rooms if available.

The Tel'Quessir of Doron Amar take delight in their work as the festival draws nearer. Much of the damage left in the wake of the dragons and orcs has been repaired and more supplies are funneled into the village with the arrival of new settlers. A toast is raised in the Everan's Jest as the festival name is announced, "Tel'Levarithin Dranemar" or "The Rising Festival" in the Common tongue.

Final preparations are made throughout the village with the festival starting tomorrow. A large hour glass is set up in the Everan's Jest so that both citizens and guests can see the time remaining before the start of the festivities.

Several Tel'Quessir are seen heading out into the Glimmerwood at the start of the Hunt. About a half an hour later, one returns and calls for aid from the rangers. Later, the troop of hunters along with the rangers return bearing their prize: four dire boars with one a beast of such size that it rivals the size of a dire bear. There is quite a struggle taking that one up the hill and into the Jest so that meat can be preserved for the feasting tomorrow.

There is a roar of applause as the hunters return victorious and one, Bethrynna Sylvaranth, is declared the Champion for her catch of the great beast. Rumor has it she is to be granted a title & award and to play a key role during the Honoring at the start of the festival tomorrow.

With the festival mostly concluded, having participated in a number of contests, Elyssa Symbaern went and spent the remainder praying to Corellon about the fallen. The sunelf spent many hours until the sun had risen in the temple, only then she sought to retire.

The village of Doron Amar begins to settle as the festival comes to its end. All that attended seemed to have enjoyed themselves and there are plenty of tales of the food, drink, dancing & merriment along with epic duels of fencing prowess and the keen eye of archers finding their mark. The memories of talking trees visiting the village (And one even attempting to kidnap a guest!) as well as a hungry settler getting a little too carried away with the fire roasting a delicious boar will certainly not easily be forgotten!

However, all is not bliss as the day comes to a close. As the Tel'Quessir clean up what remains of the festival within the village, they discover the ground they had set for the foot race outside had been the target of malice. Tents are found to be torn apart and signs smashed into the ground! The rangers that investigate the matter find a trail that leads through the forest towards the Friendly Arm Inn, but the trail goes cold after that. Still of light heart after the festivities, they return to the village to report their findings to the Council before resuming their posts.

As the festivities occured, a tall elven woman with blue hair wearing a coat, accompanied by a much shorter one wearing a white, almost diamophous gown with golden accents and feathers in her snowy hair could have just barely been seen at the edges of it all. They seemed to keep to themselves, avoiding crowds and the like. Occasionally - when either of them felt it possible to do so without drawing attention, theyd have tried to get a humble handful of whatever prepared meals they could get their hands on to eat together beneath a convenient tree. The couple would appear content amongst themselves, just lingering in the borders of the settlement.

The elven priestess in a long silver coat and blue hood keeps to herself during the festivities. She moves occasionally from one spot to another, preferring a place that gives an amble view over the celebrations. At times she closes her eyes and murmurs softly into the air - perhaps a prayer or well wishes. When the day darkens and turns into the night, the priestess disappears into the woods.

With festivities and memorial services over and routine sets back in, regular sounds of physical training and practice can be heard here and there around Doron Amar.
Each morning or evening interchangeably (sometimes both); An hour after dawn, or an hour before dusk- Mathroa Captain Lylan'Synor, fully geared, will begin a long jog several times around the village's perimeters.
Fetching any members of the Mathora who will join her (it is encouraged but not forced), offering the same to any citizen or off-duty ranger they meet on their path. Frequently accompanied by envigorated calls of encouragement from the Captain.
Next on the routine, when they are back from the run, are physical exercises in different spots in the village.
What follows interchanges depending on the day; The practice of fighting and weapon techniques, drilling unit tactics, or simulations of different scenarios requiring cooperation and skill. Occasionally they will instead venture out to practice live, or go on patrols to the nearby forest-
Any Citizen of the village, or Elf or half-Elf who are friends, (as non-Elves who were made specific exceptions) can join these training sessions, and partake in both the camaraderie and the in-between dinner or breakfast all attendees take together. But only the members of the Mathora Velahrn or specific allies are invited to join the ventures.

((this is both to inform of rumors, and as an invitation to characters who fit the criteria and want to, to post their character's involvment in the training RP))

As often as Aska would participate in the daily training drills with the Mathora, there would just be as many times that she would not. She begins to come and go at will now that her responsibilities with the festival are over. She seems to be fine with basic training and is very attentive when it comes to plans and strategies involving the defense of the village, but will decidedly be absent when it comes to any type of training with the sword & spell. There is rumor of her being spotted in the wilds of the Glimmerwood where she trains in solitude; however, she always vanishes if any try to approach her be it by N'Tel'Quess or Tel'Quessir.

Three female elves arrive to the elven shrine on the new high platform. The first one to arrive is blue haired and dressed in silver and blue. The second one has golden hair and wears a green tunic. The third one has dark burgundy in her curly hair and is dressed in light colors. Two of then is heard looking for Feleron, but he has not been seen that day. They then stay and exchange dire news with each other. Thoughts, assumptions and heard rumors are tossed around until the golden haired one takes her leave.

The conversation stops then for a moment and changes nature. Some people hearing it might think they are fighting. The words certainly aren't kind. Despite the sharp words exchanged, only words are thrown at each other. With the moon high on the sky the two go their separate ways.
