Later on the post about portals made by Istishian Cephalian appeared nailed and hanging on the thin rope sea stone with small letters inscribed on it, written with dark ink made probably of sea moss:
Dear... We do posses some knowledge, and experiement alot in order to know more, with Her blessings. We do not need any permissions to do that, but we can share some knowledge. Valuable one for valuable one.

Aldebaran passes the post board within the East District, and his eye catches an odd sort of rope and stone sculpture, arranged there.
A curiosity brings a closer inspection, to which he becomes aware of the editing done to his own, posted parchment. Any within the area could easily here Aldebaran react in voice:
"What sort of vandalism is this, as it appears to mine eyes? It carries an...artistry to it, I can say. Though, tis would be better for my own investigations to actually be given more to work with, other than the royal "We" that has been scribed. As well...what security do these City Watchman provide, if such a public service is not under oversight?!?
It would seem that dark forces wish to taunt...alas, could an existence ever free itself from the tug and push that those that invest in force, when...the true power is found in the inevitable carving done through a coursing, water way."
Aldebaran places the rope and stone object into a pouch, and immediately after, reposts a near identical scribed announcement, to what he posted earlier.
He ends this moment at the bulletin board by loudly exclaiming: "I shall have to make direct contact, with those that can aid me."

Clad in a double layered robe of linen and flax, in violet and blue hues and adorned with multiple gemstones, Shandril enters the Shelf of Many Books to make a request.
"Hello dear, its been some times, my appologise for not visiting more frequently but ive hardly been in the city. I would like to make a request however, to have a copy of the full Duchal Law delivered to the Halls of Inner Light. Needless to say a full copy also includes all appendixes and paragraphs that may have been altered or added later mm? A tip will be included upon deliery of course, oh and.. if you have a registry of all whom lay burried in the graveyard, well not all, but any kind of registry and hopefully dating as far back as possible, it would be much appreciated."

A highborn-looking Calish seemed to be asking about master bards and possible tutors of such particular innate form of Arcane magic. Presenting himself as Zayed, the man was heard and seen in some of the districts of Baldur's Gate and the city's vicinity.

Many hours following the treaty ratification between the Zhentarim and Baldur's Gate, a new song begins to sound in the taverns and inn's of the city. The lutist moved from establishment to establishment sharing the song with the patrons before mixing into the city crowds. The man was generally plain featured, dressed in blue and yellow. The music was jolly but the message dire.
Dirty Zhents
Their caravans are coming, packed up to the brim,
Banite flags are flying, they are looking for a win.
They are coming to the Gate to unload their vast supplies,
Should you look at them oddly you'll meet a quick demise!
Here comes the Dirty Zhents! They are coming down the road,
Coming to the Gate, to sell off their load.
Kiss goodbye your freedom! Best embrace the fear,
For the Zhents will have their agents always closely near.
Now they're in the city, the crowds begin to part.
The whispers start to circulate, the rumors begin to start.
Every murder, every theft the Zhents are sure to blame,
Nevermind the body there, the Zhents crossed off his name!
Here comes the Dirty Zhents! They are coming down the road,
Coming to the Gate, to sell off their load.
Kiss goodbye your freedom! Best embrace the fear,
For the Zhents will have their agents always closely near.

Those passing by the temple of Gond after the Zhentarim treaty ratification might have heard a heated argument between Peter Pike and a young wizardly fellow regarding the purchasing of Zhentarim goods for research. After a time a robed fellow shadowed by a Gondsman and wearing a pin of the Phoenix Companion would storm out of the temple, headed East.

*It is rumored many high ranking leaders of the Cities and Factions of the Sword Coast were seen entering the hallowed halls of the Order of the Radiant Heart at a hurried pace and did not come out until well into the night with looks of frustration and determination on their faces.*

A female tieling with a very unique accent has been seen around the docks. She has been asking about the acquisition of a sea faring vessel. Claiming she has the "pieces" for such an investment.

Those that spend any time in the farmlands may notice some small changes in the direction of the graveyard. An elven woman garbed in green can at times be seen tending to the few yet living trees that border the blighted area. She also at times brings in small but sturdy looking saplings to plant in holes she digs with her bare hands. Whether she is seen or unseen, a soft and mournful
song can be faintly heard drifting in the air from that direction.

A bark of laughter could be heard from a corner from one of the establishments
"Prithy, do tell, Lute-player...art thou equally concerned about the Blight of an Enclave from Thayan origin established within these walls? or doth thy confess thy bile is reserved for those that doth not ensure thy priviliged position in life? Please, surprise me! do play something that will besmirch Thayans too! for equality!"
The Hunter flipped a gold piece and smirked at the player

While nobles and adventurers chase after their politics, dreams, and ambitions, the common folk of Baldur's Gate continue the drudgery that has made up their lives. The first month of the year is drawing to a close and everyone knows what comes next,
Tax Time. With the blight still griping the land, many farmers and their families struggle to eke out a living. Some turn to less favorable trades to earn their keep, selling themselves in numerous ways just to feed their families. Some turn to thievery with the hardier ones becoming bandits on the wild roads. What may even be more alarming to those that care is the steady climb in the number of suicides as the winter grows colder.
