I've not logged in for a few days and may not yet for others. Been dealing with gallstones issues (painful, do not recommend). If anyone is seeking Vesche or I've said I'd do this or that, then please bear with me or find someone else within Bregan D'aerthe who can take care of it if it's urgent

You have no idea how desperately I empathize with your medical issues, Glowfire. I'm hoping for a very speedy and complete recovery to you. Please take care, and get plenty of rest!

Lightning struck the local internet central, and I am unsure when it will be fixed. Possibly tonight, but not more than a few days at most, I think.

And it is fixed. Jubilations!
ISP may still do some repair stuff, so I'm not sure if it's entirely stable until after the weekend sometime, I think.

The part for my computer came in and I installed it, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
I'll probably try to get the game running on someone else's computer if I can't do anything else.

Several players, myself and YourMoveHolyMan included, are impacted by Hurricane Irma. HM and I are without power at the moment.
While our impact is mild, and we're at home, I know others have had to evacuate and some are assisting as first responders. Please keep everyone in your thoughts!

I've replaced my computer with another one, so that's all cleared up now.
Going to try and get the game installed, but this computer has windows 10 and from what I've read on the forum before, I'll probably need an extra program to make it work? Not sure how much trouble that will give me but hopefully getting back in the game will be simple.
I hope to be back as soon as possible!

I've got win10 and run it with no issues. Just have to enable compatibility mode + run-as-administrator and you'll have no problems.

Fellow win10 reporting in! No issues at all.
HOWEVER
You MIGHT need to manually install DX9, depending on your video card.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... px?id=8109
Basically, installing directX just installs the newest things, by installing the end user runtimes for 2010, you install the previous versions as well.
They may have fixed this though. (the new version not installing previous ones).
