A piece of rolled up parchment can be found at the base of one of the statues at the Meiliki shrine. The paper is worn, likely a recycled wizard cast off, and bound with a simple cord with a small wyrm tallon dangling from it like a charm, whether it is the tip of a far larger claw or simply harvested from a very young wyrm it is hard to say. The writing contained therein is in the common dialect.

"Seeking contact.

Praise Akadi,
Nisne
Thrash like the dragon, dance like the wind."

Included with the note are a few sticks of incense that are pleasing to the Queen of Air, as well as a basket of wild edible mushrooms, and a small pack of seeds that may be seen as an offering to either Meilikki or her clergy.

Vendor Xon leaves a message by the Shrine of Mielikki.

"Hello Nisne,

I will contact you as soon as possible. I frequently visit the Friendly Arm Inn. You have to look out for a half-elf in green.

Mielikki bless you

Ven"

A simple note is left near the shrine of Mielikki, and it looks as if it was written hastily by one who was easily distracted.

Hello, greetings, salutations,
I have met one known as Nai who spoke highly of this Circle. I am of the Forgotten Folk, and serve as a wandering Acorn of Baervan Wildwanderer! It would warm my heart to meet more of the merry forest folk or those who call animals and plants friends.

A ranger arrives at the shrine reads the note, says his prayers and continues his journey.

Rangers, druids and other nature followers of the Elder Circle are regularly seen patroling the woods - two to three patrols are conducted per week and each patrol involves up to four rangers and druids. The patrol routes are based on the following considerations
- Where logging was active
- Where hunting was active
- Where large groups of animals are located
- The past movements of the undead

The purpose of those patrols is to gather new intelligence about the status of the forests, the animal and plant life and the damage caused by the undead.
Mendel - Villi of En Dharasha Everae | Nikos Berenicus - Initiate of the Mirari | Efialtes Rodius - Blood Magus | Olaf Garaeif - Dwarven Slayer

Spelling mistakes are purposely entered for your entertainment! ChatGPT "ruined" the fun :(

When not on patrol with the circle, Tyn is seen around the farmlands near the Gate, he can be seen talking to farmers, and then going off to "pray" in or near their fields.

Tyn and Celduil can be seen walking around Triel, inspecting the land and seeing what has been moving in to the area since the cleansing......inspecting the old shrine to Chauntea.

Tyn and Celduil inspect the watchtower to see if anyone is living there.

A woman in a grey hood and cream colored padded armor notices notes being left and collected at the Shrine of Mielikki. After some time, she leaves a note as well.

"I nay think ye know who you be leaving notes for. Magically altering a mushroom would upset the balance of nature. Iffen ye be coming across such things we would be interested in seeing such a thing and knowing where it be found.

A response is left in the same hand writting.

I assume you have dealt with those who have altered it before. You mistake my intent: I do not wish to alter the fungus, but to reverse it.

The Elder Circle moved out for a patrol through the forests of the Sword Coast. The rangers made there begin in the Cloak Wood......
Image
....where they watched one of the fey circles.
Image
Then they headed to the south and passed another circle.
Image
By the Shrine of Mielliki they prayed and collected some healing herbs.
Image
They made a rest close to Gullykin....
Image
....and went together with the High Druidess Nai into the Woods of Sharp Teeth.....
Image
....where they looked with sadness at the damaged forest.
Image
They examined the tainted ground and watched out for animals.
Image
They crossed the river close to the area where the Blights Army had crossed it.
Image
Then they passed the recovering land near Triel...
Image
and retunred to the Thundars Ride.

A message is left by the Shrine of Silvanus.

"Dear Archer of the Crow,

we have heard of your doings along the tradeway. I watched you "visiting" this shrine and speak to a female elven ranger. For sure you may have a reason for killing people along the tradeway. It would be wise to meet with us for to discuss this. We are the protectors of the forest, wich you claim your territory. I am sure you know who I am as you vanished after I had showed myself.
