A large number of Agents and Prospects have been seen congregating towards Darkhold. They spent more than a hour cloistered in the fortress, feasting and shceming. Later during the night, the pained cries of a bugbear were heard all over the keep.

On suspicion of divided loyalties to Thay, the man known as Boris 'Bueroza' Vyacheslav has been stripped of all Zhentarim Rank and Title. While an investigation is underway, he is henceforth banished from Zhentarim grounds until such a time either concrete evidence is found, or the Dreadlord sees fit to lift this banishment.

Rumours spread by servants and soldiers not allowed within the inner keep of Darkhold mention a large group of Agents, Prospects, Dread Knight and the Dreadlady herself gathering within. Those who would spread such rumours were not able to tell what was the subject of conversation.

After a long night of deliberations, Agent Thairo would emerge from the keep, his Zhentarim brooch bearing a new rank mark, that of Knight-Commander of Darkhold, he would quickly do an inventory of available troops and agents, as well as a tour of Darkhold's forces which culminated into a final inspection of the company of Zhentilar deployed near Soubar.

After a sudden recall to Darkhold, Agent Marietta Starling emerged from the keep as its Herald, her battle rattle bearing the insignia that marked her as such.
Immediately thereafter, she returned to Candlekeep where she ensconced herself in the library for the next two days, with few breaks, on a research project of great importance.

Notices are posted in and around Zhentarim-controlled areas, and the troops are informed of the following people, as well as their descriptions.
The following persons are banned from Zhentarim-controlled lands: Darkhold and its grounds, Corm Orp Garrison, and the road between Corm Orp Garrison and Darkhold.

A courier arrives at Darkhold late in the evening, handing over a letter to one of the black-clad armoured guards, the seal on the parchment bearing the symbol of Mystra, the courier would inform in soft voice to the guards to whom the letter was addressed to, and then leave the area, likely doing so rather swiftly.

By decree of Dreadlord Morgalia Verenach,
In response to the Ebon Blade violently breaking the Soubar Accord put in place for the fight against the now vanquished Devil threat, the Zhentarim will be re-instating the trade embargo upon Soubar that was annulled as part of the Soubar Accord. In order to compensate for the future business lost due to the Ebon Blades' tragic mistake, all Soubar merchants currently residing within Zhentarim lands will be forced to forfeit all of their goods and profits, and allowed to depart our borders with their lives. Any that resist, or put our troops in danger, shall be executed on the spot.
Let this be a lesson to all that choose to break contract with the Zhentarim by means of conflict and intimidation, and know that this has been a merciful punishment.

Both Knight-Commander Bob Thairo and Herald Marietta Starling were summoned to Darkhold late in the evening via urgent "Sendings".
After several hours spent within the stronghold, Marietta emerged bearing the rank of Dreadlord, though her expression was grim.
The Knight-Commander issued orders to put Darkhold on lockdown until further notice. Only Agents were permitted to enter the keep without either Bob or Marietta present.

A decomposing, naked man shuffles across the bridge to Darkhold, half-frozen from the trek. The zombie would be halted by the guard and a black scroll arrested from his locked fist. Once this missive was delivered, he fell to the ground inanimate.

Notices in Zhentarim-controlled lands about the embargo have been replaced.
The blockade and embargo on The Ebon Blades and Soubar has been lifted.
It may be reinstated at the Dreadlord's discretion for any reason and at any time.

A herald arrives in Darkhold, bearing iconography not seen since the Devil War; Zhentarim insignia, combined with the personal heraldry of Imperceptor Vyshasa, Lord Chembryl's Eye in the West.
