Ask a DM if Chondathan is available, if it isn't go for Thorass. Its as close as you can get IG.

Yes, its not available on the list that pops up when you get to select the languages, why I was wondering if it really is available..?

can someone tell me why my Half orc fighter got a second monsterous language at level 7? I didn't increase my intelligence and none of my other characters got an additional language at 7.

Are there more classes or races that get this kind of bonus?

Mulhorandi is still broken, so I've had to crack open an ancient Egyptian dictionary and pick out a handful of flavor words for my character's chat. Worked out well, actually, but still!

I think it should be fixed now :)

The languages are now also listed on the WIKI with a description.

Would it possible to get the region associate to each languages ? I search on internet, but the names aren't the same at all. So I'm a bit lost.

Yes if you look at the Wiki languages page you'll be able to click each entry to get a more detailed description. That includes the region where the language is used, or was used if its a dead language.

Is there a way for a wild elf ranger to learn the sylvan language? I was led to believe, on an old nwn1 server, that wild elves get sylvan as a racial language, or that it's quite common to them, at least.
