An odd looking individual with gray and textured hands and a helmet covering his face leaves the following note at the merchant's stall:
There is a belt, some robes, and a few shields you have that interest me. I'll stop by some cycle soon to discuss the particulars.

The merchant manning the stall participates in an exchange of goods with the wizard. At the end of their exchange, he spends a considerable amount of time rearranging his goods in a more presentable manner while also adding new inventory.
