No.2 is a good idea as always.

No.1 is, in my opinion, not going to be very useful as a vast majority of builds that operate on not being pure-pure wizard archmages are quite feat starved. It'll be difficult to put in feats that lower the risk of dispelling if that means compromising other natural choices for arcane-magic-based characters. Give it a long think guys, try to hypothetically make mages, gishes, arcane sneaks with such feats (Which you probably have already done anyway) so that it doesn't end up like a waste of time and effort.

You might want to revisit this take. You were getting +3CL with the DD since the class is bugged :D
