Ok... When Greater Magic Weapon and Flame Weapon are cast and then you shift, the Flame Weapon goes on.

You change back to your original form, everything is gone.

You shift back into the same form or different one it is gone.

This is what I mean. It's like anything for weapon vanishes after you shift back.

As far as AC goes.... There is no problem. Having +4 AC with greater transmutation and if you want more by taking ICE for +10 AC, that is very viable with some of the shapes.

Most of the shapes (no offense) are pretty much useless for damage. This is all of the dragon shapes, golum, etc, but have some pretty good AC. There are some shapes that do decent amount of damage that have around 40 AC which is good too, as long as your buff spells carry over.

But those Poly items in the inventory :P Even after reset stick around.

I expect this to be fixed at next update. Sorry, I know this bug is a real pain. :(

The polyspell item fix is in. Very nice ninja patch last night.

Still having issue with losing GMW after shifting back.

I really need to either RCR or make another mage, because I want to see if that feat is worth having, forgot the name, but it raises your BAB to medium while shifted. That just seems like it would make a "gish" build pretty viable.

I'm using it on a mage myself.

10/10/10 wizard/dslayer/EK mix, with the 10 wizard levels being frontloaded in for feat concerns. While shifted, her BAB from the wizard levels goes up from 5 to 7. One feat invested for +2 BAB is pretty huge, and it only gets more valuable the more low BAB classes you have.

Here's what my shifter build looks like so far under full standard buffs (up to lvl 6 spells). Greater transmute focus and augment form are in play, and I snuck in a mass aid from the deva. And...throwing weapons make this a lot less mediocre than it otherwise feels. Bow form seems to be the best all around form, having 2 AC higher than the non-troll melee forms and slightly better AB as well.

It's too bad manyshot can't work, or you might even be able to go all in on a ranged polygish :P

Thank you for getting Flame Weapon back on Shapechange forms!

And in general, the Polymorphing addition is just so unbelievably great stuff. It's like having 50 characters in one. Hats off to the Devs on this one!

The Arboreal Elf form still leaves a polyspellfix item that cannot be dropped.

Edit: But shifting to Erinyes and back will get rid of the item.

Is Augment Form supposed to be available as an Archmage High Arcana? If so, it isn’t showing up as a selection.

Would it be possible to have "dynamic loot" you know. Chests/corpses that spawn randomly and stick around for a little bit before dissapearing? rather than having loot in the same places everytime. Take away the 6 hour CD (make it a little shorter so people dont sit on the same chests) and make them spawn randomly anywhere on the map? perhaps along with a group of bandits and the like.

This will happen with spontaneous casters using/equipped spell bonus items.

Im playing a Wizard, i do have spell slot items and int gear. The Int does not shift when i change shapes so thats working right. Im not sure whats going on with the slots though. It does not seem to happen every time either so perhaps its just an issue with 1 of the shapes, not sure how you've implemented the resolution. Ill try and test it a bit more and see if i can find a pattern.

This is an amazing project over all though, never been interested in transmutation really but now? So cool.

How many open slots do you have in your inventory? I know spontaneous casters lose spell slots whenever they polymorph (IIRC, it's not even limited to slot items, and can occur with a CHA item), but prepared casters don't seem to have it happen to them if they have 3+ open inventory slots at the time they shifted.
