The town of Beregost recruits citizens, or adventurers who wishes to call Beregost their home:

"As a Warden, your Duty is to Beregost, its lands and its people. You will defend the town, protect the innocents and take the fight to the enemies, threats and criminals.

Furthermore, you will be the exemple of goodness to the poeple of the land. While the Temple of Lathander funds and suport The Wardens, You are not required to be a Faithfull of Lathander.

You will be lodged, fed, paid and eventually Equiped by The Temple. WE also offer you a good cause to fight for.

There is no discrimination of gender or Race. Only the good, the devout and selfless men and woman can join.

Together, It is a certainty that we will make Beregost, the best place to live in all the Swordcoast.

The adventurer Aron Times (and his cat, Moon the Might Mouseslayer) drops by the Temple of Lathander in Beregost to drop off a donation to his patron deity. He is just in time to hear the town crier announce the news. Aron tells the head priest that he is willing to volunteer his abilities to the Wardens of Beregost. They only need but ask.

Aron leaves Moon in Beregost so the Wardens have some means of contacting him. Although Moon cannot speak, he can understand Common, Elven, and Draconic, and the bond between the two lets them communicate over long distances.

Olann recieves word and searches for the Cat. Once finding Moon he scratches the back of his neck and ponders for a few moments before speaking.
"This is Olann Conwyn of the Wardens.. I believe my Commander Dean would be interested in meeting you. Stop by Beregost and he will discuss with you further details concerning Recruitment...."

For those in the position to notice such things...

...It is not uncommon for Marjolaine to be gone for large periods of time. Her missions tend to take her far from the city itself. However, the top brass are usually aware of where she is at, and what she is doing.

Such is not the case now. Marjolaine has been missing for several days with no mention of her whereabouts. Some might say she has gone AWOL, but that seems unlikely do to her character. Others who know of recent events might suggest foul play. However, the truth of the matter seems unclear.

She was last seen by her peers in the Cold Peak Mountains, near the ice giant fortress, were she got separated from the Warden Commander and her friends.

*A letter arrives at the Temple of Lathander addressed simply to the Wardens of Beregost*

"I am Rhys Feivra, Aid to Dajala Silverleaf, Headmaster of the Arcane Academy of Doron Amar. I would like to offer Doron Amars hand in mutual friendship between us and the Wardens of Beregost. Please feel free to write us anytime sending your messages to Doron Amar, assuming your messenger knows the way, or Gullykin as they will pass it on to us. If you like to meet with the council that can be arranged as well"

With the disappearance of Marjolaine, Olann leaves word with the Temple that he is headed South towards the Coldpeaks, in search of his fellow Warden. If there is any protest, he responds with a request to take leave to do so.

Olann could be seen gathering his gear from his camp on the Eastern edge of town, including warm clothes and blankets for the rather cold journey. Very early the next morning, two figures, a man and what appears to be a Wolf, are spotted leaving the small town towards the south along the roads.

The spot in which Olann had camped for quite some time is now vacant.

Aron Times of Halruaa joins the search for the missing Warden.

Marjolaine has returned safely to the Lathanderian temple and is resuming active duty.

Marjolaine officially submits a notice informing that she will be on a leave-of-absence for about a tenday. The officer filing the notice noted a particularly angry air to her.

Greetings, I am Tuldor, a young man whom is interested in joining the ranks of The Wardens of Beregost. I do this in hopes to help make Beregost and it's surroundings areas a safer place for all whom would inhabit them. If possible, I'd like to meet with your leaders about my initiation, if any.
