Irony of the drunk

A lone Adventurer walked into the Elf-Song Tavern.. With a pouch filled with coin and memories of battles and fallen friends he asks the Bar keep for a drink. One after another and another he drinks himself.
A Elven lady approaches him, reminds him to slow down. All he gives her in return was a glare to her keenly shaped eyes, then in much to much ale he collapsed to the ground. His breath became shallow quickly and soon his life became a loss to the demon in the bottle..
Moments Later
In a twist of irony and perhaps the humor of the Gods, the drunk man returned to full health, back at the Elf-Song Tavern, ready for more ale.
