Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Lifathander always hated his full name,
but being the son of an infamously powerful Red Wizard has it's obligations - carrying the family naming tradition is one of them. Personally, he prefer to be known by the nickname his friends gave him: LifLif.

LifLif's grown up in Thay, studying the basics of the magic arts. His father had great plans for his sons - to become a powerful mage on his own, and together to rule Thay, and then - the world!
He never took the time to ask his son his own wishes and plans - and so - when he sent him to Baldur's Gate, to study the magical arts of the Westerners and to spy on them, he didn't took into account his son's own wishing...

LifLif found a friendly and reaching community, which he immidiately took into, he quialy forgot all about his father amibitions, and of Thay, and decided to settle here, and to become a powerfull wizard - a force of good - on his own terms.

His first step, he decide, was to go and checkout Candlkeep - a fortress of knowledge known throughout Faerûn.

High on the battlements of his Tower, LifLif's father watched the western horizon with malevolence, planning his revenge and retribution....

LifLif happily roams the lands, meeting interesting new friends, finding out amazing new areas and encountering new and exciting enemies.

His power of the arcane grown immensely since those month ago he arrived to Baldurs Gate, and although he was trained by his father in the darkest of arts, he found out he much more enjoy the transmutation school of magic.

He is happily experimenting with size changes and spells that alter his form - and discover new and exciting ways to corporate them together. many explorers were very surprised to find a gigantically huge Troll walking past them in the woods tearing limbs off of Lizardman, Goblins and the occasionally rabbit (if he was hungry at the time)

LifLif has reached a respectable amount of arcane power, but still, he hadn't forgotten what it was like being the new guy in Baldurs Gate - he likes to help the newcomer - those who proves they're worth.

He started a habit, in which he asks them to answer a riddle - the correct answer, awards a gift - usually in the form of a powerful enchantment.
