People of the Sword Coast,

There are times when we all need help. Times when we do not have enough wealth to pursue our dreams, or sometimes even our needs. I'm a moneylender and here to help.

Are you a farmer that needs a new plow? Are you an adventurer that needs gold to bid on a magic blade? I will loan you gold for whatever your need. All for a small fee. Better yet, the faster you pay off the loan, the smaller the fee! All loans are due within 30 days, but an extension may be given for a total of 60 days for an additional fee. The maximum amount of the loan will be based on my judgment, and collateral always helps. Of course, I'll also ask for a blood note documenting the debt. The note will be returned to you upon payment.

I can currently be found at the Merchants League offices near the harbor. It is easy to find, and particularly convenient for adventurers brand new to the coast. Just ask for someone to direct you to Delphinn Veil.

Agreement: If you agree to the loan, you confirm that you read this post and accept these terms. After the RP, send me a tell with your timezone, time, and date and I'll take a screen shot.

Fee: The fees are based on RL days. The fee is 1% per day and the day of the loan is considered day 1 for purposes of payment. The fee applies to the total loan amount and partial early payments do not reduce the total fee. At 30 days, the loan is due. If an extension is requested, the fee is 2% per day until day 60. (Examples: Payment on day 14 of a 1,000 GP loan = 1,000 GP repayment + 140 GP (14%); Payment on day 35 of the same loan = 1,000 GP + 400 GP (30% GP for the first 30 days + 10% for days 31-35 = 40%)

Payment: Fees are based on RL days. If I'm not in-game but you're ready to re-pay the loan, just send me a PM and that will count as the payment day assuming you pay promptly the next time we're both in game.

"Collections:" Failure to pay after 60 days will result in someone being sent to "collect." Any collection event will be supervised by a DM (like an assassination), and if defeated the agent will take your gold up to what you owe. By taking the loan, you agree to this potential consquence. Multiple collections may happen until the debt is repaid. (Alternatively, an item(s) may be taken with CONSENT of BOTH parties to pay part or all of the debt)
