FAI: A lottery in the name of Tymora. (Take two!)

On a heavily guarded merchant stand inside Friendly Arm Inn a well-constructed sign is hanging. Among various trinkets of exceptional quality and power, there stands a golden bowl with a magnificent 100-sided dice inside.
No PMs with offers. All items listed below can be obtained only by winning them by clear luck.
Players register their result in this thread by making an IC post and adding their Bioware account name to it. Only one roll per person is accepted. You don't necessarily need to actually make a roll IG. You can simply choose a number between 1 and 100 (including 1 and 100) as well as use external random generators like www.random.org
It will continue until rolls for each "lot" are accepted. In order to eliminate ties, if someone had already registered the number you chose, either reroll or choose another.
Once all rolls are accepted, I will roll d100 for each "lot" to determine who gets what (similarly, in order to avoid ties I will reroll if results are repeated).
We all are aware that the in built Diceroller is rigged so that lower results have higher chance of happening. In order to avoid low results being automatically associated with (possibly) best and most desireable lots, I'll be choosing lots by random when associating rolls with them.
Equal results win automatically. Example: Person №1 rolled 15, Person №2 rolled 16. The roll for the item was 15. Person №1 wins hands down.
Closest results win, but lower ones have priority. Example: Person №1 rolled 51, Person №2 rolled 53. The item roll was 52 and the item goes to the Person №1 because his roll is lower.
I'll try to update the book with registry every day.
