First some general info about him

name: Dibble Dabble
race: strongheart halfling
family: pa and ma living in gullykin ... its unknown if he has any brothers or sisters
age: 16 and 1/2
height: 3"1
body: slim and flexible looking
personality: overly curious, playful and chatty
outlook: one thing seems to go with him no matter where he goes or what he wears ... it's his furry hat. If examined closely you may notices that there is something funny about his beard.
alignment: neutral ... he knows the difference between good and bad but is often tempted to cross certain line because of his curious nature

Things that are commonly known about Dibble:
-perhaps slightly cowardly
-is bad with names so gives peoples nick names to identify them (gategarderwarder, mate with big bone, Murrmurr, MrKo... and so on )
-his ma forbid him to use anything sharp such as swords or axes etc.
-Has mastered tactical combat move thought by his pa
-Is able to read the gibberish from arcane scrolls and with luck gets them right
-Tosses frost covered bullets with his sling
-Carries amulet of Mystra

Personal goals that are known to some:
-He is looking for blunt sword
-Be able to return home to pa and ma
-Is on look out for a big profit, work or one time strike of luck

Keep in mind that these are miscellaneous writings of hin ... so they might not make lot of sense as they are his personal notes.

Entry on a page:

Today i learned something about knights or more like about code of chivalry.
One knight is a sir but not all sir are knights
Two woman knight is known as Lady knight
Three lady knight can also be called sir lady Knight or lady sir knight the usage depends on situation
Four lady is also for low rank common nobles if noble can be common but still is lady so not every lady is knight nor noble
Five sir is also for low rank common noble if noble can be common but still is sir so not every sir is knight nor noble
Six noble with higher rank such as baron is addressed as your highness

*side note scribbled at the edge of previous note*

Sir and Lady can be used for common ? code of chivalry is confusing

Also i did learn that women who are after your coins are wenches but if you tell woman that you have coins and then she is interested on you she still might not be a wench ?. Women who work at taverns are wenches ? Pa would know the difference but it's late to ask from him.

*Side note scribbled on the edge of previous note*

Women seem to get rather upset when asked if they are wenches or not ? how one can tell what is the difference of a wench and miss ? unless you should not tell you have coins but just show it to them and then wait for the reaction ? how much coins should one show to find out ?

Entry on a page:

I don't get it, i followed bunch of folk drinking ale today. First they were more chatty and friendly. Though it's sometime hard to understand what they say, almost like they are talking dwarf with hot potato in their mouth. Next you will notice how they stagger every word and start to nod as if they agree on everything you say. Final stage is that they fall sleep sometime their head is laying next to their mug down on table or they just lean against chair with drool dripping from their mouth.

I think the effect is the same that warm milk and cookie has, though with warm milk you can decide that you are falling sleep on bed not on bench drooling or your head next to filled warm mug of milk. Besides who could resist to leave mug of warm milk and cookie on table when you can eat them, perhaps those peoples who fall sleep next to their ale mug feel the same about ale.

*side note scribbled on side of previous thoughts*

I know ma forbid drinking ale nor anything else with alcohol in it on my travels, but now i am getting curious about it. How it tastes and could i actually drink it so i do not fall suddenly a sleep and start snoring. I would like to try it but ... well ma sees and hears everything ... maybe behind curtain doing pa's tactical combat move ... perhaps

Entry on a page:

Whizzards ... Pa told that every one who casts arcane magic is whizzard but i met this fella. He dressed like whizzard he talked like whizzard and he did cast arcane spells like whizzard. When i called him whizzard he corrected me souserer then i called him whizzard and he corrected me again souserer. Now i know that if something walks like a duck and talks like a duck it is a duck.

*side note scribbled on side of previous writing*

Maybe whizzards and souserers are like chickens in uncle Sorrins hen house. There is chickens, baby chickens and rooster. So perhaps the difference between whizzard and souserer is same as chickens and roosters difference. Though that would mean whizzard is female and souserer is male arcane spell caster ! ... i might be on to something need to ask from miss gategarederwarer she is smart like ma so she knows.

Second entry on the same page:

Now about army and ranks, that is another odd thing i ran on today. I met this mate while i was having nice mug of cold milk on roasting whizzard, he told that he knew the leader and head of wardens of Beergirost. So of course i thought he meant that this other fella is leader like captain with whole body and all head torso legs and arms, but this other fella head of wardens ... i thought he meant that the other fella was whizzard only a head no body at all a real whizzard !. So of course i was curious and would have wanted to see such a powerful whizzard just a floating head nothing more, but it turned out that the head also means second in command. Pa told that in his army years captains had second in command who is usually called ... leftnant ?

*side note scribbled on side of the previous thought*

I guess i need to get deeper in this military organization knowledge, perhaps one of the dwarfs i see running around can tell me. Pa told that they are organized to the core like bees on bee hive so perhaps they can shed some insight over this ... head question of mine. Are dwarven towns led by ... town queen ? another puzzle to sort out.

Still seeing floating head of whizzard still alive eating and drinking ? mmm where would the food go anyway, down to floor and would the head float around or would it needed to be carried or pushed around in wheelbarrow ? ... now that would be a tale to tell and sight to see.
