//OOC: All conversations will be (taken) in elven until otherwise stated.
//OOC: This includes her life on Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast Chronciles (BGTSCC.)OOC:\\
"Selene... Vmaanelvla." the little girl mutters up to her mother. Her mother returns a faint smile, almost in shock at the little girl's words. She kisses her gently on the cheek, before allowing her to lay peacefully in reverie,
"Lanaya, you're ours. We love you, we'll never leave you - Xanatos and I will be with you forever." Her mother utters before allowing her to drift in to reverie. Lanaya drifts in to reverie for the next six hours, before her mother forces her awake.
"Lanaya, let's go. You're not so young anymore, your father wants your help."
Upon awakening, Lanaya glances around at the room which she's in. The floors are cold on her bare feet. There's light filtering through the open window, and as such, she shields her eyes with her hand. She takes a deep breath, stumbling back up to her feet. At once, she falls down again. The floors feel even colder now. Lanaya lets out an almost irritant scream, before crawling over to the window in her room. The mountains atop the horizon shock her, her eyes widen at the lush greens of her forest. She glances backwards, noting that the door to her room is still closed, she crawls up to glance outside the window. Still shielding her eyes from the light, she notices something special outside. She makes her way over to her dresser, straps on her cloak, fits and tightens her boots, slides in to her tunic, and finally tightens her hood. She makes her way back over to the window slowly, still crawling. She shields her eyes once more, before lightly easing the window open.
A cool breeze hits her face; her hands begin to curl up. Nevertheless, she glances downwards. The ground isn't too far from where she's standing, and it'd be easy to jump down. At once, her mother opens the door to notice Lanaya on the other side of the window. She runs to the window, but Lanaya waves as she takes a deep breath, bending her knees and jumping on to the ground outside. She begins to run as fast as she can,
"She can't catch me. I won't let her." As she runs, she trips in front of a group of elven youths,
"Hah, stupid girl. Never learnt to run yet?" they kneel beside her, grins on each of their faces. Lanaya glances at each of their faces, holding her breath. Her thoughts begin to flicker,
"They can't do anything to me. If they do, my father will burn their hut... won't he?" She then, at once, shouts up at them,
"Leave me alone! I haven't done anything. Go away, ugh. Go!"
