***Order of the Aster Role Play***

This section is dedicated to role play for the Order of the Aster, and anyone who has dealings with the Church of Lathander. Specifically the 'Song of the Morning', the Temple of Lathander within Beregost.

Luke traveled with Ciryatan Menluidell north of the Gate into the heart of the fire. They battled fire elementals and fire giants on their way up the mount. At the top, they came across a mighty foe, a fiend...a Balor. The Balor had the aid of greater fire elementals which made it difficult to focus their efforts on the Balor. Selah Shartess joined them on the mount after Luke's and Ciryatan's first unsuccessful attempt at defeating the Balor. Together they attempted another strategy but still were not able to defeat the Balor...however, they were almost successful.

Luke makes his way back to the Gate to resupply for their next attempt and to get much needed rest after the numerous battles he just recently encountered. He stops at the bulletin board there in center town and posts a note to all paladins and adventures that wish to aid in the destruction of the fiend north of the Gate.

"Friends, I need your aid in this coming battle. This fiend is a darkness that could bring his terror to the gate should he chose to do so. I am attempting to gather to me those paladins or adventurers that wish to join me. I am leaving the Gate in a ten day, at dawn, to travel north to defeat this mighty foe. Send word to me should you wish to join. I will be at the Blade and Stars Inn for the next few days."
