Background: Only cares for magic research, not much else, some occasional nights out on the town. Started working for father opening locked boxes in the merchant business, then father sent him off to Mage School, the Elemental School of Magic.
Goals: Maintain a foothold in the School of Mages as a student and move up the ranks becoming a master of cold and frost.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Inthuusol's father runs a non-noble merchant house. Inthuusol's father Sly has traveled extensively as part of his early days, establishing trade links and appropriate contacts expansively in the Underdark and including the surface, especially with the Zhents.

Inthuusol was born in Darkhold, mother died in childbirth. Named "Cold Eyes* by his father because of his unusual blue eyes. Inthuusol was victimized by frequent illness and left weak as a child. Seemed the cold forever plagued him, hence his pursuing of the studies of the Element of Frost itself, in hopes to rid him of this curse. Inthuusol, usually called Inthu (for short), has more recently as his of mastery of the arcane arts nears perfection, taken to longer forays abroad of a much more dangerous nature.

Inthu dis-likes Necromancy and to him it's a "dirty" but albeit admittedly necessary branch of the arcane... he dreams of one day visiting Candlekeep for purely arcanic research reasons..

Currently working on a radical new ideological paper he deems the "White Paper", which has nothing to do with magic at all....

Very recently it was "discovered" that his father had unwittingly sired another male child by a dancer in his club... the dancer only came forward recently after the half-brother had entered manhood... a divination revealed this to be "truth" although Sly swears he doesn't ever remember her...

At first chagrined by this latest development of a half-brother and new family member to the Khaaliizin House, Inthu came around to the idea, and now he actively promotes and aids his half-brother in training and learning of the House duties.

It was always assumed that Inthu would take over from his father the reigns of the House but after heated discussions with his father, Inthu fully supports and would rather his half-brother take the House seat, therefore allowing Inthu to pursue his first and true love, the study of the arcane and more recently Ideologies...
