Background:
Dannic was born to a fletcher. He would often assist his father in gathering wood for arrow shafts. The arrows were supplied to the local militia and the town guard who would come every month and pay Dannic's father a small amount of coin for his services. Due to this the military was in Dannic's life alot and he aspired to become one from a young age. As he grew to less of a rapscalian his mother began taking him to the temple of Tyr where sermons of justice and law would be heard. As Dannic grew older he began to visit the temple without the escort of his mother eventually becoming somewhat known as quite the devout in his village.
Although Dannic still aspired to be one of the guard he knew that he would never venture further than the outskirts of town. It was not until a sermon at his temple that the priest called on those willing to fight in the name of Tyr to fend back an ever growing undead problem in the local graveyard. Dannic snatched the opportunity, took mace and shield and was sent to the graveyard with a few others. Tyr clearly took favour with the young devout as Dannic had a natural swing with the weapon and smited several skeletons in the name of Tyr and in the defense of his village. Upon his return his priest deemed him a true paladin of Tyr.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Dannic often visit the temple of Tyr in Baldur's Gate to speak to the priest of any chances to serve Tyr.
