Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Today, thanks to a chance meeting with a man named Charraj just the day before, I met with the Candlekeep Guide and joined the ranks of the Candlekeep Scholars, as an Alcolyte. I will have to post detailed illustrations of the event later.

Was told to follow the rules and respect all superiors. Was instructed by Mr. Guide to wear black robes on the grounds.

Met Elycia, A------n (I will have to ask for his name again or peak at the membership list), and Valquis/valQUIS in the living quarters. Elycia gave me her black robes, as I could not find any. Left shortly afterward.

Had a slight embarrassing occurrence while Charraj, A------n(??? I'll call him "A"), and I talked about Elycia's missing holy symbol that she was complaining about earlier. According to her, it had been taken by zombie rabbits/cultists, but "A" speculated that she simply missed her knight in shining armor was raising a fuss to get his attention. (I do not understand such trivial "love" relationships...) Charraj was making a comment about it when Elycia walked up. We left "A" in the dust, so that we could do our laundry chores and so that I could wash the outhouse. Will have to try the "Water Elemental + Soap" trick.

Received a tour of Doron Amar and its school from a 500+ year old Sun Elf named Narandir. The waterfalls there are breathtaking. When I saw the Mindflayer frozen in the classroom, I started to have a throbbing headache. He told me that the golems on the top floor of the school came from a city that had sunk into the Underdark. He mentioned the headmaster, Rhys. I will have to meet this "Rhys" at some point and see what I can learn.

Narandir said he could teach me all about being a wizard. He also told me that a disjunction spell would work on any monster portal that might open up. Displacement and Mirror Image are apparently an effective combination... I will have to ask him more later.

Narandir also showed me the wand recharge altar in the graveyard by Baldur's Gate.
