Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

A dark clad figure moving with supernatural speed and agility can be seen approaching the billboard of Sshamath and extract a roll of parchment from under the black mantle. Before posting the message, she looks around the plaza and as her hood slids off, it reveals a woman with a strikingly white skin and dark, penetrating eyes. As those eyes, more beastly than humanoid, poses themselves on a duergar trader, she smiles evilly, licking long fangs in a meaningful way...The duergar looks around for guards, but the only two he can see are pretending not to look, walking away with what looks like a fat purse full of gold...

As the Vampire suddenly lose interest in the duergar and unrolls the parchment, scarlet letters can be seen on it, no doubt a cosmetic effect to make it LOOK like blood...no doubt...
Several wizards and citizens, as well as guests, are attracted by the unusual visitor and move towards the billboard, but before they can get close enough to ask anything the Undead completes her task and vanishes in a cloud of smoke.

The letter contains the following message, written in perfect Common, and an extravagant handwriting:

To those who serve me, who cooperate with me, and who share my goals. To the members of the 7th Circle, The Charnag Maelthra, The representatives of the School of Necromancy.
I, Valshar The Black, The Necromancer, The One Who Lived, The Phantom Wizard, hereby state that I will pledge my powers to the defense of Sshamath from the coming threat, as it is now my residence and I consider it extremely impolite of this Alhoon to march towards the city without asking for my permission first (among other things).
These cycles I will be available to discuss a strategy, and I would like authorities, friends and associates alike to participate.
I believe I can contribute in a decisive fashion to make sure this foolish creature and its ragtag army are brushed aside, wasting as little as possible of our precious time.

A tall figure masked and cloaked in reds and black looks over the crowed (With ease due to his stature). He awaits for a time when the crowd dwells down before walking close enough to the billboard to post a note of his own.

Written in common, script is very plain and in black ink.

" I will also be ready for the inconsiderate Flayer's reception, and will lend my ear and voice at this meeting should the city and The Phantom wizard wish for the aid of an allied Banite. I am Fain, The Pale shadow, on a trip to learn what the drow necromatic masters have to teach. I am able to join in any time the drow wish it. Please either leave a message at the inn or contact me with a sending. "

The note is signed at the Bottom in Infernal, even speaking only common The Name "Fain" Can be seen at the end of it.
(If you speak infernal it says " To the defense of Bane's allies I, Fain the Paleshadow, pledge my aid and advice")

Watching the entire scene in an inconspicuous manner kneels a svirfneblin, positioned behind a crate where she is well hidden. The svirf reads the message from a distance, casting cautious looks about, and takes note of all the scene's details.

After a few minutes of reading and watching, the svirf slips away from the scene, saying nothing and writing nothing.

A black hooded drow approaches, his eye hidden, his face still and emotionless. He quietly makes his way to the billboard. After reading the original note, he scrawls a reply:

I will not stand for this invasion. You will have the aid of my bolts in the skulls of the Alhoon as well as whatever creatures it can muster. I will also try to rally other skilled defenders for the city. We will not be taken...

From the shadows of a nearby building Valas and Xenn Uosier watch. The two brothers look at each other and nod.
"What do you think?" Xenn asked in the silent hand language of the drow.
"Opportunity awaits us," Valas signs back.
Xenn nodded his head as he turned his attention back to the bulletin. A light nudge on the shoulder snapped his attention back to his brother. "Let us alert Svenn and the others."
Both Vhaeraunites slipped into the shadows, heading for the abode that had been their home in S'shamath since their arrival.

\\\ I can be free at any time on both days. Xenn is free on Saturday after 5 PM and Svenn is free as far as I know. All three of us are on Pacific standard I think. We live in California so that's the time zone we're in.

I like the "supposedly" . We both know it wont happen, MUHAHAHAHAH!

Nhilvrae is attracted to the original note, intregued by its elaborate handwriting. Quickly scaning over the page's content, her eyes narrow subtly, her bearing changing as she considers its words.

To fight with Sshamath or leave them to their miserable doom? What would the Ulath'tallar wish? Hmm... I shall have to think on this, and discuss it with my fellow Priestesses.

Her eyes flash dangerously as she remembers some recent failure, which seems to infuriate her further, and with a scowl she walks off to take out her wrath on some unfortunate denizen of the Underdark.

((My best times are in your evenings, as I am GMT+9. 9pm onwards is a good time for me. I am doing another event on the surface on Saturday, so Sunday might be best as well ))

Two human soldiers are seen approaching the gathering. They wear black uniforms under their dark steel plates. One of them carries a banner a dark triangular banner, showing a big black Z on a yellow circle. The second soldier holds a parchment. They wait for the confusion to cease, and once they obtain silence, the emissary proceeds with his declaration, reading the parchment loud but with a formal tone.

"My Dreadlord has sent word.

For long months the brave soldiers of the glorious Black Network have trained here in Sshamath, contributing to the preparations of the defences of the city of the Dark Weavings. Now the time has come for us to fight side by side! The alhoon will regret the day he challenged the might of the Black Hand!"

Then, he walks forward and nails the parchment at the billboard. He seems to read the other notes... and two of them seem to catch his interest. He nods, slowly, as he reads them. Then he turns suddenly and returns to his companion: "Let's return to the encampment. You first, soldier." "Yes sir, sergeant!"

They both leave, marching, and the sound of the steps of their iron boots gradually fades.
