Background:
Ronjar came from an orc village deep in the underdak. But that was over run by drow long ago. Since then he served as one of there rothe. At first they figured him to be a dumb brute but come to find out he has hits wits about him.

As time went on his ability to walk the surface and broker deals came in handy. He began to keep an eye on the coming and goings of Zhentil Keep when he got captured. At first his will was hard to break, but after a while he began to see things there way.

Under Lolth he was no better than an animal. But by serving the Dread Lords will, he could achieve real power and status. With his sharp wit along with his matched brutality, and unwavering obedience, he became a favorite of the local clergy.

Goals: Spread fear in the name of the Black Hand. Possibly set up a group of Orc Banites to be shock troops of sorts.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts:
He doesn't seem to have any buttons that set him off though people try, well other than failure. Being still a bit newish to the surface world he has quite the love for tea and cake. And also berry pie.
