Background: Born and raised in Gullygan. When rumors of war began some of the Hin youngsters banded together and decided they would prepare for a defense in case of attack. Kestrel and his cousin Koji not being overly strong decided they would become snipers. They pooled their gold and bought the equipment they thought they would need then set out into the world to learn everything there was to know about their weapons, stealth, and possible targets.
Goals: His eimmediate goal is justice for Gullykin. If he can get any leads on who led the attack on Gullykin he will seek justice. The rebuilding of Gullykin is another goal.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: See Goals. He is very loyal to his home town. If any Hin from Gullykin need anything from the outside world he would seek to help. Same thing with quests etc. He is always on the look-out for equipment upgrades or anything that would serve to help protect his beloved home town.
