Background:

Born on the Swordcoast, by the town near the Shining River, Daggerford. Her birth was not like most Tieflings, thanks to her lack of pronouced features. Her yellow eyes were mostly ignored, and the snake-like pupil only developed after her twelveth year, causing a group of citizens chase her out in belief of her evil, eventually driving her to her current personality of Guile if you can, kill if you can't. After she had enough of the witch hunts, she ran away from the town only to be found by a ranger tracking down bandits for gold... Eventually she became his apprentice, favouring dual blades over bow much to her mentor's dismay.

Eventually, after years, she began to think her mentor was trying to sell her to Daggerford's Anti-demon group for gold, and at last it proved true, when she saw him reading a bounty posted by them for all Tieflings, with a portrait of her. Out of Anger and self defense, she slit his throat, taking all his equipment for herself.

By the time she was considered adult by tiefling standards, she had already waylaid multiple caravans, living by banditry. She has managed to get the animals of the forest to follow her, masking her attacks as wild animals not likeing humans attacking. It worked all well until a druid decided to investigate the strange phenoma... She tried to backstab him, but his stone-skin made her daggers go awry... She barely escaped with her life, only to be found by a merchant caravan planning to go to the Underdark, Ssamath in particular, for trade. They hired her with promises of Food, gold and new sigths.

After a month of further preparation, their wizard teleported them right in middle of the Tar pits, causing everyone to be turned to stone except Nelene, for she escaped the moment she saw the signs of Basilisks, with all the coffers in her bag, which counted to be over a thousand pieces of gold ((Real gold, not the inventory type of gold)). She made a run for Ssamath, sneaking past stray slaves or mercilessly slaughtering them. Inside Ssamath, she made her way to the Blackwoods district for hiding, thinking the authorities were after her... There were people after her, but it was a small army of thugs, stabbing her multiple times which she barely survived, almost as if there was some divine help... All her gold, save for a thousand which she hid extremly well, were stolen, all she had left were rags... She does not know who or what helped her, but she beleives it was Leira for being such a good liar...

She spent multiple weeks, recovering in the Blackwoods district, murdering or robbing some of the locals for food. She was extremly careful to pick her tagrets, targets which were not needed by the city's standard, deep gnomes specifically. Eventually, she regained enough of her strength, she obtained a breast plate, which she covered in chains, a long sword, a pair of hand axes and a long bow with a few quivers of arrows.

She began working for the guard and the duergar for pay, obtaining ore, weapons or slaves depending on the employer. Eventually, she captured an escaped kobold slave , it seemed to be surrounded by some power, as if infused with fiendish blood like she, the kobold claimed to be Keelm, a skilled and strong kobold. She teamed up with him for survival, under the Guise of slave and master. It may be true, but who is the master is unknown...

Keelms speaks Gnomish like his partner, often exchanging words in it under the assumption that drow do not understand it, and take it for kobold speak. Keelm seems to have no problem introduced as a slave, for it helps with his survival.

Goals:
- Find out what exactly Keelm is.
- Have revenge on the army of thugs mugging her
- Find out how she survived the mugging
- Survive the Underdark.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts:
- Keelm is of diabolic blood, and not a true kobold but just a shapechanged one, he will modify his shape as he deems necesarry. Keelm might even be Nelene's true father, and is carefully observing her developement until her soul is strong, and delicious. Keelm may be either Diabolic or demonic, there is no clue, only it is fiendish
- Keelm will likely stay with her until she becomes truly powerful, where he might turn on her to try and devour her soul
- The thugs that attacked her were group of a gang in the blakcwoods district, formed of mainly deep gnomes.
