Personality Profile: Ulfrik is not your typical savage barbarian his tribe focuses on hunting and fighting worthy foes. He is quick to laugh, and generally good-natured unless provoked or someone questions his honor. He possesses a strong set of morals and code among his people, but has a weakness for children and women. He distrusts orcs, and other strange races he has had no contact with. He has a strong respect for dwarves and warriors and holy warriors, and little trust for magic he does not understand. He is a devout follower of Tempus and enjoys dark rich ales, and a good smoking pipe.

Background:Ulfrik comes from a people living on the coast of icewindale and the sea of moving ice. His people are not your typical savage barbarians but men of honor who hunt and sail out into the sea in search of adventure (think vikings). Ulfrik is the son the Thorin the local blacksmith but in place of learning his father's trade Ulfrik had visions of sailing the seas in search of glory. Ulfrik has several successful ventures on the open sea moving between the ice flow in his tribes longships and hunting ice trolls but fate had other plans for Ulfrik. On his last trip out to sea the hunt was not for ice trolls but south past the dragons lair of ice peak into the open sea towards the whalebones. The ship never made it that far as it was set upon by a giant squid and sunk it the open sea. Ulfrik managed to survive floating for days at sea on only a barrel until he was picked up by fisherman. the fisherman unloaded at Baldur's Gate and never have ventured into a city of that size Ulfrik liked what he saw and decided to stay.

To Slay Arveiaturace the White Wyrm, known to sailors and minstrels alike as Iceclaws, thanks to her habit of drifting low over ships sailing off the Sword Coast and plucking up crew members for quick snacks.

This ancient white dragon is feared by all sailors who ply the shipping lanes of the Sword Coast, except for those who dismiss her as a legend -- until it's too late. The Flying Hunt of Nimbral and several aerial patrols from Evermeet have fought her in midair and forced her into flight on occasion, but most ships are helpless against her diving attacks -- and when crews scramble down into their holds to escape her snatching claws, she's been known to land on a ship and tear it apart like a child opening a gift.
