Personality Profile:
General Health: Delwynn is a monster of a gnome: strong and hearty. Not as dexterous as his twin brother Nelwynn, he prefers the use of brute force. For what he gains in terms of strength and heartiness, he lacks in mental capacity. He relies on this more cerebral, if not cunning, twin as the “brains” of the pair. He is quite happy (some would say oblivious) as he travels the lands with his twin. He defers to his brother on almost all matters so long as he gets his nightly bedtime story from his more learned brother. Usually, this involves reading just about any mundane thing just long enough for Delwynn to fall asleep; which is usually very fast anyway. He can be a moderating force on his brother’s darker side. Delwynn is kind and caring and respectful of others, traits his brother lacks.

Background: Born several minutes after his twin brother Nelwynn (PC Montleberry) in the Sword Mountain gnomish mining town of Ieirithymbul, Delwynn has spent most of his life with his twin. As they grew up, it was clear these two twins couldn’t be more different. As Nelwynn discovered his knack for magic, he would experiment on his poor brother from time to time. Delwynn, blissfully ignorant of the dangers, has agreed to be a test subject for a number of his brother’s wacky magical experimentations. During one unfortunate experiment, Delwynn, failing to fully grasp his brother’s instructions, was subject to an explosion turning his skin purple. Delwynn takes this in stride as his brother assures him he will reverse the affects.
Despite this, Delwynn is extremely protective of this brother, promising their mother he would protect him as they travelled the land. Nelwynn likes the idea of lording over his brother as his personal bodyguard. Although he treats Delwynn poorly at times, Delwynn doesn’t seem to mind.
Delwynn does tend to be very literal in his understanding which has proven problematic at times, causing them to be banned from various locations and establishments. (See Nelwynn Burrows’ Bio)
Goals: Meet a real dragon; keep his promise to his mother to protect Nelwynn; whatever this brother comes up with.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Due to their unintentional if frequent foolish actions the two are likely to get into any number of mix-ups and misunderstandings. Nelwynn’s thieving ways and lack of judgement doesn’t help matters. Tension arises at time between the two as Delwynn, while far less intelligent, is also a much kinder person.
