Profession: Signet ring maker.
Base Class & Proposed Development: Spirit Shaman/Hospitaler
Habits/Hobbies: Walking around the region, stucking his nose where it doesn't belong, or as he describes it; Just, feeling up for all possible cracks in the planes and such. He has also started to spin small objects such as coins or rings around the hand, and teasingly making them dissappear before pulling them out from an ear or nose of an unsuspecting victim.
Languages: *Obscured.*
Weapon of Choice: Whatever is near, or handy.
Background:
※ He arrived to Baldur's Gate, enlisted to the Fist, acted as a guard for a while - and retired. A decision which led to his new profession of a signet ring maker. He makes a honest coin, with little bit to put on the side each month.
※ Now freed from the rigorous training cycles of the fist, he no longer as flexible as he once were. He can still touch his own toes, but it takes a little effort. In addition, because he is no longer wearing the uniform, he has turned slightly more introverted and the need to run his finances has sharpened his wits, kicking those old little grey cells of his into high gear. He feels like he is somehow slowly getting closer to figuring out who he really is. Though most of his past life still eludes his mind. Oh yeah, he is amnesiac.
What he recalls of his life:
※ He recalls passing soup plates in front of the Bleaker's Ward, in Sigil, 'the' Planar hub of Commerence and heart of Factions. He recalls slipping, falling, and ordering a drink in the Elfsong Tavern.
※ He had a handy dagger, which he lost on a patrol south of Beregost. A wyvern leaped down on the road, there was a scuffle and the beast flew away with the dagger still lodged into it's head. Somehow, the dagger found it's way to possession of Woodsman, who exchanged it for a small box of gold.
※ He recalls sitting in the Broken Goblet for months, hoping to find a clue who attacked the Flaming Fist vessel, and stole Bernadotte's, Bernie for short, husband and son. He has listed down pirate crews and the like as the possible causes of dissappearance. He doesn't have anything conclusive to hold on though, only a itching gut feeling, and a desire to get even. Among on his list of possible causes lies the Hellstorm Crew, who had lost a portion of their crew and refused to share where they had acquired their loot. The maids, however, had mention them singing about slaying "pigs" - a term often used to describe half-orcs - but also members of the Fist by bandits and other vagabonds who oddly enough also compose the bulk of the crew's number.
※ A dance of three bears, who tried once to cross the bridge over river Chiontar.
※ A need to change his name on a regular basis, and wander beyond the veil of the prime.
※ Incredible dislike towards most adventurers, a dislike so great that the word adventurer itself has become almost a swear word.
※ Slaying a man in an effort to save a child from a mob.
Backround Before NWN2:
※ There is a rather long story behind how he became the richest, most powerful heartless berk on the planes, and how it all vanished. There are many stories and theories what led to his downfall, the only thing that is common with all of them is a drop of the waters of River Styx. Among the ring-givers it was said he got deppressed due to discovery that it had all been worthless. Among his fellow takers, some said he got deppressed from the sheer lack of chalenge and tasted the Styx to create chalenges anew. Among the lower planes they speculated that it was yet another of his ploys to wiggle free from a deal. Some even consider that Crystalle finally got back at him, and took everything back with considerable interest.
※After these years the truth has become one of the Mysteries of the Plane. But it was not the end of his story as for a while he was seen serving soup among the bleakers. He was hardly recogniceable, and once more soon dissappeared only to be rumoured to be found again on a distant and insignificant prime world...
