James has begun recruiting for the SECOND caravan escort. Wizards, healers, scouts, fighters, etc all welcome to volunteer for the task. The event will occur on Sunday, July 1 at 7 p.m. EDT.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye

To all who have volunteered to come to the defense of trade caravans as we begin to push open the trade of Balder's Gate.

The Time Has Come for the Second Caravan.

Rally, my friends. Let us meet just outside of Balder's gate with the great convoy we will protect. Our mission is to safeguard the wagons and their contents out for trade and again back without losing cargo or lives.

I will not lie. This will be a very dangerous mission. It has been made clear there are many forces plotting against us - perhaps learning over our very shoulders of our plans. Expect many bandits and coordinated assaults. As such we need adventurers, healers, wizards, fighters, scouts and everything in-between. Your unique talents could mean the difference between success or failure.

Please sign below this poster if you would like to be included in the convoy escort on Sunday, July 1. For security purposes our destination will not be divulged until after we are underway.

Hearing the news Pate allows himself a brief, but large smile. As he casually strolls from the bulletin board, whistling an airy tune, he thinks to himself, "I wonder where I can buy a few fire bombs.."

He ponders on that another moment before allowing himself another grin, this one lasting much longer.

Shialla signs up once more, then hurries to her favorite Armorer and urges him to finish beating out the dents in her breastplate by tomorrow evening. She offers him more gold for getting the job done in time.

As he bends over to clean up Gendel's latest hairball from the streets of Baldur's Gate, Varlok's attention is drawn by a small crowd gathered around the bulletin board. They are hastily writing their names on a proclimation of some sort. Distracted from his task at hand and his familiar, he fails to notice as Gendel leaps away, quickly climbs the back of a startled adventuere and leaps to the top of the bulletin board. The acrobatics draw the attention of the whole crowd. The person writing their name hears the sudden hush and looks back, just as Gendel's paw dexterously snatches the quill from his hands. The cat began to amuse himself, and the gathered crowd by throwing up the quill, then biting it and leaping and hopping over it and himself, all the while balancing neatly upon the top of the bulletin board.

Finally the quill fell free and as it fell past the bulletin board, Gendel swiped at it one last time, missing and putting a muddy paw print at the bottom of the sign up sheet. Varlok, who had by this time made his way through the crowd, saw that Gendel had inadvertently signed them up for yet another convoy.

"Ah well" Shrugged the elf, and he turned away, tralining his small yellow and black spotted cat.

Can anyone tell what GMT 0 this is? I can figure out my own timezone from that (which is GMT +1, London time). Last event was VERY confusing as to which time it was. Just... give anything GMT..

"Hmmm....oh well, since they kicked me out of the place, I suppose fighting for a good cause, even a non elven one, is still worth the effort. Allright then....."
