WANTED: For payment of fines
Kedren Stormbeard (Dwarf, with pot helm and gold and white armour)
Cedric Whril (Race undetermined, elf or human, dark clothing and hood)
An old Lady (called herself Wytch of the Caves) for failing to pay fines as ordered, and aiding in the escape of wanted criminals.
BY ORDER OF THE CHARNAG MAELTHRA
These three surfacers are wanted for failing to pay fines for threatening a member of the Conclave.
Fines of 3,500 gold pieces each are sought from each.
A reward of 3,500 gold coin is offered to any who may collect for each payment.
The heads of any above mentioned criminals shall fetch 4,000 gold each.
Contact an officer of the Charnag Maelthra if you have any information regarding these individuals.
